I do not usually complain, but my visit to see Dr. Lichten was TERRIBLE! 1st they gave me problems about my insurance which I DO have. I am also already a patient there, so Im not off the street. They seemed more interested in money then treating me! Once I saw the Dr., He was very quick to give his opinion without FULLY listening to me about my conditions. He looked at my problem for about 5seconds , then sat across the room. He even got annoyed with me when I tried to tell him about the problems ivr been having almost like he thought I was lying?! I felt like I was on trial! I was with him no more then 10 -15 min. when he said " I have to go do a procedure on another patient now! "REALLY? as If I was not important enough? would that procedure pay him more? Maybe it was a bad day for him? But to me, there is NO excuse for being rude to a patient who is paying to see you! I go to experts to get the best care, not to throw away my money. I could of went on WebMD and got more info and saved my money! I will NEVER go back to Allied! If you want a kind hearted doctor that listens...KEEP LOOKING!

I have gone to him for years; since he was located across from AGMC. He is a wonderful and thorough Dr. He really cares about you as a patient; cares about your treatment and healing.

I love Dr. Lichten. He is one of the very few doctors that does mole mapping. He saved my life! I also take all my kids to him. You wont find a better dermatologist in the area.
