Dr. Yrastorza has a well balanced professional and personal attitude, regardless of the age of his patients. Hes very "matter of fact" with good bedside manners and even calls his patients personally after in office procedures to ask how theyre doing. He also doesnt keep you waiting once youre in a room. He comes in almost right away. Everyone on staff there is friendly, efficient in getting you into a room, and prepared to answer questions. The waiting area is quiet and inviting. There is a salt water aquarium as the focal point in the room complete with colorful tropical fish and live coral. It is absolutely beautiful.

I was delighted with my experience with Dr. Yrastorza and his staff on May 2, 2013. The office was quiet, clean, quite nice and serene with lovely music. Initial phone contact with staff was great. Seemed to have patients of all ages and served us in a timely manner. I was pleased with my interaction with Dr. Yrastorza and his staff. He was very thorough, experienced and kind. I recommend them highly. Great location off Bartow Highway, just south of Polk (570) interchange.

The whole experience from setting up an appointment to getting a procedure done, everyone in the office was very professional, polite and caring. Not sure what happened with the lady that rated him with one star, but this doctor even checked on my wife later in the evening to see how she was doing. We are not over 60, and we were treated incredibly well. I would recommend this office to anyone of any age.
