UPDATED: I was contacted after leaving a subsequent message, and my prescription issue was fully remedied, bringing my prescriptions down more that 1000%. I am feeling much better about this establishment currently and will continue to provide updates to this review as I progress forward with my treatment and further appointments at this office. Please find my original review below: Making my appointment was simple. The doctor was very good. My qualm is that I was prescribed a shampoo and two topical treatments and when I went to the pharmacy the items totaled $1,500. Yes you read that correctly, fifteen hundred dollars. Of course I immediately called and attempted to get something else more reasonably priced prescribed, but my calls are never returned no matter how many messages I leave. Will not return to this office.

Wonderful experience with the office. PA Allison Senerchia is a knowledgeable, patient, and effective practitioner. She always has thorough and helpful answers to my questions, has gone out of her way to fit me in for last minute appointments, and has even extended her work day in order to provide my skin treatment at a time that accommodated my schedule. She demonstrates a level of compassion and kindness that all practitioners should aspire to provide to their patients, and my skin has improved tremendously under her care. I have recommended (and will continue to recommend) her and this practice very highly.

Impossible to even get through to a human being to make an appointment. And they NEVER call back when they say they will! Save yourself a great deal of hassle and go to a doctors office that has enough receptionist capacity to even handle the volume of patients.
