I went to Loving Touch for the 1st time yesterday. Not only was I new but I made a last minute appointment.They were all booked up for the day but when I told them how sick my cat was they took me right away. Everyone was so nice and I could not believe their prices! I had taken my cat to another vet 2 days earlier and the doctor had misdiagnosed her causing her to go through alot of pain needlessly. At Loving Touch they were able to tell so much more that was wrong with my cat. The other vet never even mentioned these things. Unfortunatlely my cat had to be put down but her suffering was finally over. My son had recomended this doctor a long time bago. I only wish I would have listened.

Not your normal business place ! The staff is warm and very caring towards you n your pets the Minute we walked in the door, I also had 7 dog with me at the time.(5 puppys & 2 dogs) it was our first office visit also,..they helped out right away I never once felt rushed with all my questions , they took the time to answer everything. I knew then I found a very good place for my babies (pets)to be taken care of the way I would , Dr. Smalls was everything we needed in a veterinarian . I am so happy we found her n her wonderful staff. Thanks Sheila Massello

This place.....the greatest.....whole staff is professional....even laying on the floor with my latest stinky resue making friends.... putting up with my stupid phone calls.....saying Bring "em in when theres an emergency.......this is so much more than a business...its a passion, something most of us understand!...check it out!

Santa brought Oliver a golden retriever to our house and we found Loving Touch on google and chose it because it was close to home. After visiting and meeting the staff I realized Oliver was in good hands. Everyone is so nice and patient. I will definitely keep coming back and recommend Dr Smalls and her staff to anyone!

Wonderful place! We found a hurt cat at the side of the road and brought it here. They took the cat and took care of it. They love animals!
