The new red barn building is very clean and beautiful. Im not sure how I feel about this place just yet. They like to recomend a lot of tests and the doctors are fairly conservative with treatments. This can be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. All the extra testing gets very very expensive, and sometimes I feel like they are trying to nickel and dime me... they arnt very good at explaining exactly WHY they want the extra testing. Once you are taken from the waiting area you are brought into an individual exam room with your pet. However, they take your pet away (somewhere in the back rooms) to perform treatments or give shots/take bloodwork. My fiance and I are not happy with this because we want to 1.) Make sure the service we are paying for is actually being performed, and 2.) Not leave our dogs alone when they are going through something new and scary. My one dog is on a specialised diet and needs prescription food, and this place switched his prescription without my approval or asking first. I was absolutely livid when they did this. On the other hand, they are always quick to answer any question and call back very quickly. If I want to speak to the vet directly they always call me back. When my puppy accidently ate a makeup sponge they vet called me within 20 minutes and told me exactly what to do and how to help him. To summarize, Im not entirely sure how i feel about this vet yet . There are some pros and cons. I will continue to take my dogs here, but I may start to seek out a second opinion.

They were Extremely helpful and kind with comforting me with checkups and the euthanasia of my baby girl. Pricing is double for vitamins I could have bought at local stores, but still satisfied with staff and urgency appointments.

Ive been going to them for years. They are professional and trustworthy. Of course I like some vets more than others. Staff seem to genuinely care about the animals. Also they seem up to date on all new technichues.
