I have been bringing all my pets to VCA East Penn Animal Hospital for the last 8 years. I can not say enough about all the doctors that work there. They have been so helpful whenever any of my pets has had an emergency and even when they are only there for their annual visits. They work with me when the funds are tight because they know that I only want the best for my pets. The support staff there is also truly amazing! From the front desk to the technicians, they all show how much they love what they do and how much they care for the animals. They treat you like family. They may be a small hospital but they have big hearts!

I was there for the first time today and was referred by a friend. I havent had great experiences at vet hospitals and was nervous because my dog isnt the best at the vet. I was really impressed with this hospital. The doctor and techs were kind and knowledgeable. They took their time with my dog and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I definitely feel better this time around. If youre looking for a new vet I would recommend trying East Penn.

I took my dog there for an emergency visit. They said she hurt her back, they never did any kind of tests, turns out my dog had a uterus infection. They treated her for 2 days in a row giving her cortisone shots in the back. On the 3rd day I took her to another vet who immediately diagnosed the infection. My dog lost 2 valuable days and ended up dying after the surgery because she was too weak. I will never take any of my pets to East Penn again.

My Family goes here all the time right when we walk through the door the welcome you and take you in asap, and when the are putting an animal down the light a candle for respect of your pet.
