We took Our Springer/Brittany Spaniel there one night because she had been throwing up her food for 4 to 5 days. After about an hour wait the vet finally took her in. We told him the problem and he said wed have to leave her there overnight theyd have to run further testing. Not hearing from them I called them in the morning and they said they werent finished with the tests theyd call us when finished. I went to work, came home and my wife said they still never called. I called them and they said they couldnt find anything wrong we could come get her. They gave us medication to give her and informed us that it was a stomach virus and to give her the pills with a bland diet of chicken and rice for 5 days. When they gave me the bill I was flabbergasted when I saw $675!!! However, I paid it and didnt complain. Well we followed these instructions and she continued to throw up everything even the medication. After about 4 days of this I called them and complained stating that all the money I paid and she still doesnt improve. Well after two people rudely hung up on me I went over there and told them I should either get some of my money back or check our dog again and we shouldnt be charged. Well they refused both so I demanded her records I would go elsewhere and never step foot in there again. Beware of this place they are money hungry snobs, are extremely rude and obviously do not care about your pet. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this vet, they are awful!!

Really wish I would a read reviews before coming here! But had no choice needed immediate help. Surgery costs me double what they quoted. Was told my dog had lymphoma. Worse case Id have a yr and that they had removed all of the infected spots. Only for a couple days later come to find out she had an infection and that there was 2 spots on her liver that they never told me about till then. They kept my dog for blood transfusion. She was doing good. Started eating Friday and again sat and Sunday I get the dreaded call of your dog has past? How do you go from doing good to died? DO NOT come here if you love your pet. After this had happen I visited my dog one last time. Was told that the doc would call me that day yet to discuss the bill and my options. Of course no call I call the next day nothings ready no phone call back. 3 days later they get back to me to give me my final bill. That was everything cremation and all. WTF I was shocked mad stunned. How can they do whatever they want without discussing or getting consent? I see it as we screwed up quick burn the evidence. Im so outraged at this place they need to be shut down! Please take this as a heads up to avoid this place from all costs. Take other peoples reviews just as serious. Total spent here was around 10,600.00 rediculous! I spent it thinking my baby was going to be OK or at least had another yr with her. She was only 3yr

BEST animal hospital in the valley!!! I Love Maple Hills. They are the most compassionate individuals. Their staff is always very helpful and always smiling. The doctors are also great. I personally love Dr Banzhof. He has been there almost 38 years, and he is excellent. He is the best around in my opinion. I have two shitzu dogs jake and jada, and he treats them like there his own. I have been a client there for years, and I will continue to be. He makes you and your animal feel like you are #1. They work with you too regarding finances. They offer care credit and pet insurances. I have care credit and love it. They also have 4 other clinics. (just so the clients dont have to drive as far to the main hospital). To me, that is just amazing. I just wont and feel that everyone should go to that hospital. They are the best around

I will never bring my dog back to this vet. I waited for an hour over the time of my appointment just to see the vet. It took them two weeks to call me back with my dogs blood work results. I called them everyday for them and got the same response "the doctor needs to look them over and we will get back to you." When they finally called me back they said that my dog needs medication, I asked them for a script so I can get it somewhere cheaper and she sarcastically said "its for a dog...you need to get it at a vet." I said no I can get it at a Walmart or pharmacy..to which she replied "well i need to ask the doctor and they are on lunch...we will call you back." They never did of course. I had to call them back. They do not care about your animal and have no customer service at all.

i will never bring my animals there again. it s been a horrible experience for me also. i never dealt with a company that doesnt care about a customer being unhappy with their service. well they have my money now. i paid to have my dog spayed there and i also wish i had checked further. its so bad that i actually believe the staff there took some action against me out of spite because i was so angry about what they did. it is also my belief that the docs there dont care as i i=tried to talked with them. their indifference to my dissatisfaction is blatant and appalling. save yourself a lot of frustration..go find a vet and and vets ofc staff that will treat you right and care and try to fix things when things go wrong...

This place uses unethical business practices. When we went to pick up our cat we had to wait 90 minutes for a bill to be generated "off site". When we looked at the bill it listed the same procedures using different descriptions. When challenged about this we were told that wed have to talk to the "off site billing person who would not be available for some time". After waiting 90 frustrating minutes we decided to just pay it and move on. Then we received a bill in the mail saying we owed more money because they forgot something - even though we had a bill marked PAID. Dont trust these people, their billing practices boarder on fraud!

Yet again, stellar service. Had another pet CAT-astrophe! Kitty had an abscess and had to take him in. Our doc wasnt in so I saw another one of their kind vets, his name escapes me because I was informed hed need surgery and would need a weekend stay. With this news, I was in tears and they were very nice and walked me through what needed to be done. He also said they would be closed Monday, due to the holiday weekend but he would be there so I could go get my cat. He even said although he had church with his family, he would be sure and stop in afterward to check in on my cat. I wish I remembered his name.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take your pet to the place. If you care for your pet at all, you would go somewhere else. We found a stray dog on the side of the road and took him there. After a week if being there they called us to let us know they couldnt locate his owner, so we decided to adopt him. They told us that they vaccinated him and gave him a rabies shot and gave us his tags.. well come to find out a few weeks later they DID NOTHING TO HIM. No rabies shot nothing... but still gave us a tag... this place is a joke of an "establishment".
