Not the friendliest of staff; however not unpleasant per se. Certainly less than punctual scheduling. The latter of which I feel is not unusual for these types of places. I overheard that they were "understaffed" during my visit, so I would encourage readers to make their own assessment upon visiting. Overall a pleasant experience, but a refresher on customer service would greatly benefit both the staff and their patrons.

Close to Boot Ranch. Must be comfortable with elevator to upper floor. Also best to have a firm appointment. Be sure they know you made a firm appointment when you sign in. Quicker service for sure.
