Sept.9th 2016. I visited for shingles to get absent note. Dr. said she will not give me a note and its ok to go back to work. And I told her I have insamia and ask for sleeping pill. She told me I have to make an other appointment for that. Following that week I was in so much pain that I cant even describe how much pain I was in. I have to take every 4hours extra strenth Tylenol and every 6hours Mortrin and it dosent even help. Its seems that she dosent really care.
