The dentists are really nice and seem very knowledgeable, they even call you back after you have a procedure done. But the assistants and the front desk are terrible and thats already 2/3 of the business. This place used to be great but now it seems like its under new management. The dental assistants are all new or in training and they dont listen to the dentists and seem like they have no idea how to do their job which is very scary when Im having a big procedure done. Theyve even messed up the xrays before, if you cant handle an xray how can you work on my teeth? And the front desk staff is just horrible and completely unhelpful, just a bunch of grouchy old women who dont know how to provide decent customer service and get bothered if you ask them questions. If you seem bothered by your clients then I get the feeling you dont want me there so Ill go to a new dentist. Its not a big deal for me but youre losing clients and I think they could care less. I used to recommend this place to everyone and now I recommend they DONT go here. Youre still a customer facing business even if youre a dental office you have to have a customer mentality and treat patients well so they come back but if 2/3 of the staff seems incomponent then I have no desire to go back.

I was a patient of Dr. Thompson for many years, then he retired. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to find another dentist as good, and as gentle as him. Then Dr Pan joined the practice. I couldnt be more pleased!! Hes WONDERFUL!! And this is coming from someone who is the biggest baby when it comes to dental work. He is very caring and personable and knows how to connect with his patients. He explains everything he is about to do, and why, and he answers all your questions. I had to get a crown on a back molar. It was very difficult to numb due to the anatomy of my nerves in that area, but he worked gently and carefully and succeeded in getting the job done, and I left feeling good about the experience (and smiling). He allowed my hubby to come in and massage my feet while he worked!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. PAN!!

Being a dental professional myself I was nervous about finding a new dental office. I did read all the reviews and decided to give them a try. Im so glad that I did! I got in right away as a new patient, which is hard to do sometimes. They took my insurance with no problems. I was greeted with smiles. The office was clean. The staff was caring and The Dr. was very pleasant! I truly have nothing but nice things to say about this office. Based on my experience with them as a new patient who had a cleaning done, I would recommend them to friends and family.

As a former EMT I appreciate professionalism. The staff wreaks of professionalism. I was made to feel welcome and various options were clearly explained in a very non-demeaning and clear manner. The amount of procedures done in a short time was quite refreshing. Typically one goes to a dentists office and that office does x-rays and then has you come back. I had a thorough exam, x-rays and cleaning in one shot. This is efficiency. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Pan and this office to everyone. Not at all.

I love Dr.Joshi my dentist. That is saying a lot considering that I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I came with a lot of work needed done on my mouth and terrified. Everyone is super sweet, they get the job done, and are excellent at making dental plans and working with you financially to get it done. And they have showed me through an unvoidable issue with one of my toothes that if there was a issue that they are willing to take full responsibility and fix it.

Ive been a patient there 10 years or more. My son has had many dental procedures there, and we both love them. My husband today had his first experience there and was very happy. We live almost an hour away and hes been complaining about the drive down and the general anxiety itself going to a dentist. He loved them. He says its worth the trip, theyre so nice and gentle. Plus I got a "You were right honey" . :) Hell always make the trip now.

My experience at New Port Richey Dental was all that I had hoped it would be. The office staff was very friendly, respectful, and prepared for my appointment. Beth listened to my concerns and went over and beyond to take care of my dental needs. Dr. Pan was gentle, made eye contact, was respectful of my concerns, and took the time to listen. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

I was in such bad pain from my tooth. I called new port richey dental and withing the hour they had me in the office and pulling my tooth out. I had called about 7 other dentist vefore new port richey dental which fhey all denied me. I am so very pleased with my visit. Dr pan was so amazing he took his time and made sure i was very comfortable. I will be recommending this dental office.

Ive always hated going to the dentist, but that is no longer after having my 1st visit here! The women who took care of me (sorry I cant remember her name) was so patient with me and showed complete empathy. She took her time and explained everything along the way! Everyone from the moment I walked in was extremely nice and welcoming! I love that I have found this place!!

Dr. VonSick is the best dentist I have ever been to. Between there amazing customer service and extremely knowledgable/qualified staff they always treat me with the best of care and respect. I have a very busy life and they always take the time to contact me and remind me of up coming appointments. I will never go to another dentist.
