I have been coming to brightnow dental holiday for years. these people take care of me even if I have an emergency they take me in... they are fair n reasonable in pricing especially with my dental plan. however, my problem is getting an appointment, or mix up in appts or having to wait a long time for an apt when you need work done. although, I think all employees and doctors there are most courteous and do good job. I had one incident back when Dr. singer was the dentist... loved him but I had come I on an emergency bc I broke my #5 upper right molar. dr. singer said he could fix this..i asked for it to be glued back/ bonded? but Dr. Singer said it needed a crown..so I followed his instruction... once he completed the crown n there was no going back Dr. Singer said ...well he could have just glued/ bonded it but eventually I would have had to have the crown anyway.. here is my point.. I should have had that choice... especially when bonded back /glued was what i had asked to have done in first place... I was very displeased with this as dr. singer not only took away MY choice bc there was nothing wrong with that tooth other than it broke, but also the cost went from 30$to 50$ up to near 500$ for that crown. I have other teeth that were glued back n they have lasted for many many years..so this bothers me.. but other than that one incident a few years back brightnow dental holiday has been very good to taking care of me n my teeth.

I should have taken heed of the first two reviews. I am new to the area and was looking for a good dentist near my work location, to make cleaning and routine visits convenient. I arrived for my 2:30pm appointment at 2:25pm. While setting in the reception area without anyone of the three associates even acknowledging me being there. I started to feel uncomfortable when I heard a patient back in the exam room sounding like he was drowning for approximately 5-8 minutes. He was coughing and gagging while his procedure was being preformed. It was extremely loud and one of the patients setting in the reception area said, why they don’t close the door and the staff personnel in the reception area didn’t do anything. Are should I say they didn’t do anything but laugh. After setting there for about thirty-five minutes they asked me to complete my new patient paperwork. I started to complete the paperwork but then decided that I didn’t want to be the next person that they had an opportunity to laugh at. I went to the desk and told the receptionist that I wanted to cancel my appointment and she did not even acknowledge me. It was confirmed, that I had made the right decision. The best part of this experience was the fact that I did not have to pay for it. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy.

Just got back from a scheduled cleaning. This was my second visit. The first time my co-pay was $5. They did the same thing as the first visit and charged me $62, They claim I required a "Deep Cleaning", they did the same thing to another person while I was waiting for my cleaning. They were formerly known as Castle Dental, they were also a rip off. They (Castle) also said I requied "deep cleaning". Same group same scam. I left Castle for and started seeing Dr. Montecello. He said I did not require "deep Cleaning" and Castle was doing damage to my gums and teeth by doing "Deep Cleanings". I left Montecello because of he does not accepty my new insurance. I am now looking for another dentist, The estimate for the "work I need" according to Brightnow Dental is $4462, Thats for 1 crown and 4 fillings, I can have the same work done at Montecello for less without insurance. They (brightnow) did not even discuss the split tooth I have which is more of a problem than the things they say I do need! Stay away, they will do more harm than good.

Three years ago, I had some work done here only because my insurance was accepted there. The crown I had put on lasted less than 2 years before falling out, my new dentist had to redo the job. The place wasnt very clean looking either, bits of mouth splatter on the walls, it was pretty gross. They they talked me into a so called "deep cleaning", which cost a bunch extra. I paid my balance in full after asking how much I owed, after the insurance coverage right there on the spot. Then they turn around and send me a bill saying I owe another $50. Which is total BS. They have sent me that bill for 3 years, and now are threatening with a collection agency. Bad experience. Stay away.

The office staff is the greatest group of people that I have encountered. They are professional and caring to all the patients. The dentist was the second greatest dentist that I ever had work on my teeth. He cares about what he is doing with each patient and enjoyed the challenge of working on my smile. I left the office feeling good about the work that they will be doing to give me back the smile I one had. Thank you! (Holiday Branch) for taking the time to listen to me and the past issues that I had with my smile. On my graduation day I know I will be smiling for more then just the degree I am getting.

I came in to the office this morning with several issues. Not only did Dr. Hecht fix one of my cosmetic issues on sight without any additional charge, but he recommended me to the dental hygienist for another issue I was having. I normally have severe anxiety when I come to the dentist but I felt welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. Dede in the front office even helped me through the financing processes with ease. She was so helpful and friendly. Thank you everyone making an anxious girl feel better about going to the dentist!

Unfortunately I did not have an experience here as I could not get anyone to call me back to setup an appointment. The second time I called to try to setup an appointment the CSR told me that she would leave the office another message to call me back. I asked her if they would call me back today. She said she wasnt sure, so I asked if I needed to call a different dentist, she said she wasnt sure again. I called another dentist, spoke to someone immediately who was able to book an appointment. Thanks for nothing Bright Now!

Dr. Malki and his assistant worked on my really bad tooth today. I am the biggest chicken and so afraid of the dentist. They are beyond awesome. Put me right at ease, made it totally pain free. Kip the office manage was super friendly and eased my fear when we talked Friday. I am now scheduling routine visits so I dont have to go through what I went thru today, which was all my fault. But I am totally at ease now, knowing what an awesome dentist I have.

The staff here are very caring, accommodating and professional. Having a dental emergency while traveling is never fun, but finding such a great team of professionals certainly put my mind at ease. I was seen quickly and diagnosed with an abcessed tooth. Dr Hecht was excellent and answered all my questions about after care and I was back on my way home. I would highly recommend them if you are in this area.
