My teeth smiled. There is nothing to fear, but fear itself. They treated me like a baby, even though I am 63 years of age. I received a same day appointment. I had a deep cleaning, and it was amazing. I am a coward when it comes going to the dentist. Everyone made me comfortable and got the job done. I did not feel like I went to a dentist and had a procedure. I will not wait going back. They know what they do!!!!!! They also provided me with sunglasses for the bright lights for the dental procedure. I looked like one of the Blues Brothers, the one that has the same initials. J. B. Thank you East Broad. I wish I could give you more stars.

The support staff is friendly. The location is decent. The waiting room is nicely decorated. But unfortunately they dont honor appointment times. Bascially if you have an appointment for 1pm and are told to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes early , come 1:45pm you will still be waiting. Though it is kind that the support staff will periodically tell you, " it will be a few minutes", it defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment time. Overall I gave this place 2 stars simply because friendly office staff and a nicely decorated waiting room doesnt mean anything when you cant get actual dental treatment.

This is the worst place ever!! Do not go here. Yes the dentist was nice. The support staff is horrible. I did get in fast for my first appointment. The assistant did not give me a lead vest for xrays, I was given 4 price quotes one time without any extra dental work I had 2 prices quotes in the same day, which you can imagine the 2nd quote doubled after the fillings have all ready begun and still dont know how much i will have to pay. I have had 3 appointments with multiple cancelled appointments. I am warning you do not go here unless you want to leave feeling scammed and worse off for the wear.

I have had a completely positive experience with East Broad Family Dentistry, especially Dr. Coughlin. I, like a lot of people, avoided going to the dentist until I had a problem. They were so quick to schedule me in, working around my work schedule, and putting my needs first. They are professional, caring, and continue to impress me with their services. As long as Im living in the Columbus area, I will be a patient of theirs.

This is probably the best dentist office Ive been to. Dr. Wu and Dr. Coughlin really care about your oral health and it shows. They both have worked really hard to help me maintain healthy teeth and gums. And the entire staff is really pleasant. Best decision ever to switch to this office!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO. I WENT IN FOR ONE PROBLEM AND CAME OUT WITH A HORRIBLE SITUATION THAN BEFORE BECAUSE OF EAST BROAD FAMILY DENTISTRY.I REALLY BELIEVE THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WAS DOING. OMG I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO MY GUT FEELING !!!!

Dr. Wu and staff are professional and courteous. I am a fairly new patient and they have made the transition very smooth. Had general cleaning and fillings and it was as pleasant an experience as could be in that situation.
