Never take your children to the Pediatric dentist on staff! Had an appointment for my daughter, while taking the x-rays you could hear other children screaming in pain and terror. When I asked one of the staff members about it she stated that the child was getting a different procedure than my daughter. When the dentist came into the room he never introduced himself, he came in with two other people with no explanation as to why they were with him. My daughter was not cooperating due to the atmosphere and the screams of children coming from the other rooms, he automatically said "Im not doing any work on her she needs to be sedated." Ok, fine when I asked if she would be sent to another office for this, he said to talk to my insurance. I then told him I did not want him to touch my daughter, and we would go somewhere else because the way the other children were screaming was uncalled for, I couldnt believe how he was working on the children while they screamed in pain, his response was "not everyone can afford sedation" I then said to him "So you work on them while they are screaming in pain?" he responded by shrugging his shoulders.He was rude, unprofessional, no compassion or empathy for children what so ever. I then told him he would not touch my daughter, and I now understood the one star reviews that the practice received.I should have went with my gut instinct when I read those reviews. I went out to the waiting room, asked the receptionist to please send my childs records when they are requested, thanked her for her help and told everyone in the waiting room( which was packed with children) that I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy, and I highly recommend them to take their children to another dentist! The receptionist was very friendly and so was the lady that helped with the xrays, but the dentist is a horrible individual with the only care of running the children through there as quickly as possible with no regard to their fears, questions, or well being.

HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE I have to admit. I was surprised at the poor reviews because I thought everyone I met there was so nice... Then it happened... The lady who handles the insurance said that their system was down and it would take a "couple of weeks" to get back to me on my work to be done, what it would cost and when they could schedule it. 6 weeks pass... I call in. "Please call back after 6 pm when they would have time to talk to me". I call back after 6pm. The very very rude Vanessa puts me on hold for over 10 minutes. I call in on the other line (while holding). The very rude and now sarcastic Vanessa answers the phone and explains that the reason that she has me on hold for so long, without even returning to the line to advise me of anything, that her manager is reviewing my file and that I can either continue to hold or they will call me back tomorrow. Yes folks, I fell for it again. No call the next day. So, I call back at 10:10a the following day (they are supposed to open at 10) and the night time answering service has to take a message. Whats the pint of going there when they obviously DONT WANT YOUR $$

Ive tried time and time again to get an appointment here. I can not get through! Ive been put on hold. Ive been told they will call me back. And after reading all the reviews here. Im ashamed that they are inside the Edison mall or how Edison mall would even allow a business with such nature to operate in their facility!! :( this business should be reported to the BBB by everyone here so they can be shut down! I havent even got to speak to some one (barely), little less try to make an appointment!! Please would everyone report these people and this business to the BBB?!? They need to be investigated by the authorities! They should not ever be allowed to run a business with such a horrible reputation! We need a dentist that is caring especially for the children. Children should not be treated like this under a licensed dentist. Why is nothing being done about this place? Bring a dentis office that knows how to function professionally!! Im in such disbelief with reading all ththis se reviews and my own experience, that this place is still operating!

4 weeks ago go I went over there, did the x-ray and was told they will get my insurance consent to do the procedure and will call me back, no call back was made, called and spoke to Danielle the person in charge twice only to tell me that Their server is down for 2 days now. The thing is I have called my insurance in few occasions and they told me that they have not recieved any claims from the doctor office when I confronted Daniel with this info her only answer was " the server is down" . They have wasted my time, the worst place ever. My initial visit the doctor was late, I waited 1 hr after my schedauld appointment, when I asked the doctor why he can not do a filing instead of a root canal as he suggested he said " Here in America at this point it has to be a root canal " racist remark. I am an American citizen from different country.

I was very up set the ladys in the front are so very rude i want to go off on them but im better then that they were very rude since i walked in i called and i was on hold for 30 to 45 min i hung up called aging and got put on hold but then they hung up on me i called back the 3rd time to make a appointment the lady was so rude the same ladys that i seen when i came in for my appointment i was so mad she coyld harldy understand me she can hardly speak english i was very up set with this place but the other ladys in the back were very nice there should fire both the girls in front i would have there very rude and when i was making my appointment i told her i need a darly appointment on a tuseday i told her any tuesday ass soon as they open she didnt under stand at all nooo stars all cause of the front desk being rude

For starters, the patient was early, door was open, but not allow to sit in the lobby, the front desk person, rude and unprofessional. The doctor didnt seem to have any answers, after 2 minutes in the room, stated he had another patient to see, stated a deep cleaning was needed, which is not possible, just had one done, he had nothing to say, no one calls to confirm appointments, or to inform of insurance verification needs, they are not interested in the patient, its all about the monies. Think twice before seeing this dentist. In reality they dont even deserve a single star, but its the only option.....My family member was made to feel horrible, her picture on ID, and her actual looks are different, as a result of a surgery, that was pointed out, not in a nice way...

I have insurance, this is chosen area dentist. Problem being is getting through. Call, get answering machine that is full, no more availability to leave a message. When I got through with help of insurance company, was put on hold, EVENTUALLY they hung up on me. They are NOT BBB accredited. I see MANY grievances, reviews of 1 star allover www. MANY MANY complaints against them but need extraction. I went in person, was advised they do NOT f do emergency appts. So what do I do_ I got preauthorized to get work done, now what if they do not answer phone nor take walk ins nor request for an appt. WHY does Edison mall put up with such in one of their businesses as even THEY would NOT pick up phone for mall office either
