Well..I fell for it.. never thought that I would. i was blessed enough to grow up with great dental care.. However, I feel screwed by this office. I was charged an absurd amount of money for what they did..X-rays were taken but never shown to me..procedures where done and cost or pain was never explained to me... My girlfriend and I --both insured!!!!-- have over $700 dollars in bills from these crooks (we were there combined less than one and a half hours!!! --and our insurance paid as well!!) and both of us have had tooth pain from our experience..the $700 is after insurance...This was hands down the worst dental experience of my life... buyers beware!!! CROOKS!!

I have had a procedure which has exposed my roots which requires a topical numbing when my teeth are cleaned. Even though when consulting with Dr Waters I was assured that a topical would be used, when I arrived for my scheduled cleaning the Hygienist refused to use a topical before cleaning, I guess she relishes exposing her patient to extreme pain. Do not go here, the office is run down and the hygienist is rude and I am glad they will no longer be my dentist.

Everything about this place was great he people, the experience. I have had problems in the past about comfort and pain during dental procedures. Dr.Waters is hands down the best Dentist I have ever had. I never even felt the shot to numb me! He is that gentle and the atmosphere is comfortable. If he knows you are uncomfortable with dental procedures he will go out of the way to stop and ask how the pain is going and if there is anything he can do to alleviate it.

Dr Waters is great! My appointment went smoothly. I was greeted at the front desk in a timely fashion and taken back for my appointment before my appointment time. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this dental practice to others.

Dr. Halle is always so thorough and makes me feel comfortable no matter what I need done on my teeth, from a regular cleaning to a cavity! She is my favorite dentist Ive ever had. Thanks Dr Halle!
