UPDATE: I originally posted this review 2 months ago. I went in for Dr. Reddy to finish my root canal, and at that time we cleared the air of the misunderstandings that previously took place. TODAY I receive a call from office personnel named Melanie stating Dr. Reddy thinks it best to find another dentist due to my 2 month old review on Google. I was then threatened by the office personnel saying they were going to call their lawyer because I told them I would find another dentist and update my Google review with this incident. Terrible ethics on the doctors behalf and rude office personnel! If Google would allow zero Stars that is what Id give this office. Original: Dr. Reddy had great bed side manner and I was happy with the root canal that was performed, however after the procedure it was explained to me that after swelling had dissipated in 2-3 weeks I would return for a permanent crown, so I scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks. Upon appointment confirmation the office personnel said that it was not predetermined by my insurance provider, YET, and I would be having other work done. I was disstressed because that is not what was explained to me by the doctor, and that I cant keep taking time off of work to go to the dentist, and I was also concerned that maybe the root canal was not the right course of action if it was not going to be 100% complete. I asked to talk to the doctor, and she refused to call me back, I received a call back from the office personnel trying to persuade me to go to another provider since I wasnt happy, and that THEY DONT DO PERMANENT CROWNS AT ALL. So, i was lied to from the beginning! I explained to the extremely rude office personnel that I was not a doctor and I didnt pull this terminology out of my a** (referring to the permant crown). When i pointed this out to the office personnel she became hostile and said I could pick up my x-rays and see another provider, I explained that it is UNETHICAL for a doctor not to complete a procedure, and that after the procedure is complete I would seek another provider. So, my advice is make sure you have in writing what the treatment plan is because the docot and office personnel change treatment plans without your knowledge.

My dental experience is not something that I leave entrusted to just anyone. Yes, I am a big sissy when it comes to dentists. After several attempts to search for a good dentist, one that is gentle and cares about his patients, I found Dr. Pallen. Our family had gone to him for years but now he has retired. I was very sceptical about a new dentist taking over his practice. Since my first pregnancy, I have had a lot of problems with my teeth and Dr. Pallen took good care of me and my teeth without judging, without smugness. I was worried the new dentist would be rude and judgemental. However, I had to at least give her a chance. Oh my! Just when I thought Dr. Pallen was the only great dentist, Dr. Reddy was so nice, very personable, and more gentle than even the great Dr. Pallen! She has gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable, find the best treatment options based on my budget. She shows a deep concern and compassion for her patients as well as her staff. Dr. Pallen did explain to me that he made sure he took his time trying to find someone to take over his practice that would be a good fit. I love these two dentists! They contribute so much pride and care to the profession of dentistry and I will recommend anyone I know to her.

Excellent dentist! Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Reddy for the past year and we are both pleased with her kind, gentle personality and the flawless, smooth way she goes about her work. She is exceptional as are all the ladies in the office (always pleasant and friendly). I have no worries about going to the dentist anymore (!) and have full confidence in her ability to take care of our dental needs. Highly recommend.

A woman owned business and one of the most patient dentists I have ever had. She is willing to ensure everything is perfect and I really appreciate that. Ive had to come back to her three times for a crown to be fitted perfectly (my fault, not hers) and Ive only paid once. She doesnt just keep charging me for no reason. All of the ladies in this office are wonderful, I highly recommend this practice.

I have had a lifetime of dental work and seen several dentist. Dr.Reddy is by far the best I have ever been to. Very gentle throughout the entire process and her work is excellent.

Worst place there is. I have so much more pain after the visit. Just about money. Id recomend going somewhere else.
