A bad experience as a child, I was scared to get dental treatment and knew I needed it. Looking through the phone book I chose" A Caring Dental Group" because of the name. Living in Rocky River it was close to my house and the name was comforting. 7 years later, I reside in Canton,Ohio and still drive the one hour to see Dr. Kim and his staff. A perfect name for a perfect Dental practice. From the time you call, you are treated like family. Walking into a beautiful reception room with his amazing staff waiting to greet and answer any questions you may have. Your fears of the dentist disappear. Coming from me, this is a huge statement. I was terrified my first visit. I have had to have a lot of work done on my teeth. I felt a trust right away from Dr. Kim and his staff. I slowly went to each procedure more confidant and no fear. I had Veneers put on a few years ago. I knew then all my fears were gone. He did such a beautiful job, as a flight attendant smiling is what I love to do and enjoy everyday. I love the fact they are honest and truthful about what needs to be done. They make sure you are comfortable while laying in the chair watching T.V. Just drove the hour home from my 6 month cleaning and visit with Dr. Kim and his staff. They know I travel. Its so nice to walk out with a bag full of travel size goodies. Thats when you know your not just a name. They remember you the second you call and walk into the door. If a scared person like I was years ago has no more fear of a dentist and actually doesnt mind any procedure I have had done, says it all. I love my smile and the complements I receive. Thank you Dr. Kim and your entire staff for treating me not just like a patient , but a friend who honestly cares. I will continue to do that hour drive. Once you call and make your appointment. Dr. Kim and his staff are top rate. I cant think of anything negative about this office. I have been going to see A Caring Dental for almost 10 years now. My previous dentist (Todays Dentistry in Brooklyn OH) screwed up my teeth so bad.....he just wanted my money and I was in my early 20s and didnt know better. After being drilled to death a friend recommended Dr. Kim to me and I have never gone anywhere else. If nothing is broken, dont fix it, which is exactly what I want done for my teeth. I have been blessed with terrible teeth. I take care of them - brush 2x day, floss, mouthwash - and still got cavities. Thankfully they are all taken care of now, but I can honestly say I will never consider going to another dentist. My family of 6 all see him and I am 100% pleased with my service. Also, Dr. Kim is not so arrogant that he feels that only he can preform significant tasks. When I was pregnant, one of my back teeth completely broke in half - it came out on a piece of ginger chew candy I was eating to help with my morning sickness. Instead of doing the root canal himself - he sent me to a specialist since I was pregnant and he didnt want to risk anything going wrong. That impressed me significantly - and the issue was handled promptly. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. This is the best office in the greater Cleveland area!

Dr. Kim, Dr. Adams, and the staff are awesome! Ive been a patient for a long time. A few years ago I had to find a different dentistry office, because of the work commute I had at the time. I hated having to go anywhere else, but I did. I went to a well known chain in the area and I was told by the dentist that I had about 7 cavities. That came as a shock, since I had never had a cavity before! It also seemed strange that I wasnt shown x-rays to prove it. They were pressuring me to get fillings done right away. I hesitated, because something didnt feel right. I ended up going back to A Caring Dental Group and Dr. Kim confirmed I had NO cavities. I cant imagine how many people may have had work done at the other dentistry, without really needing it, and the expenses they may have paid falsely. Fast forward a few years later. I finally got a cavity for the first time and the Dr. Adams did an amazing job with the filling. He was so caring and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. A Caring Dental Group will continue to be my trusted choice!!!

I had a dental appointment to have my teeth cleaned today 12/04/2014 and had a wonderful experience.My dental hygienist was Kim and she did a fantastic job with educating me about good dental health. She also explained things to me before she did them and what the reason was behind it. Excellent work. Part of the dental check up involved taking x-rays and fluoride treatment. I told Kim at the time that I did not have enough money and that I would come back once I got paid from work. She worked things out for me and I was able to successfully have x-rays and fluoride treatment the same day and would be able to pay a day later. I also got checked over by Dr. Kim who does a very thorough dental inspection of teeth and the inside of your mouth. He is an excellent and caring dentist. A+ and 5 stars to Dr. Kim and the staff who are great and professional group of individuals. I am treated like part of the family. They really care!!!

I neglected my teeth for 20 years. If they dont hurt dont fix them, right. But then a year or so ago they did hurt bad. My wife had good experiences with Dr. Kim and I was desperate so I called. Dr Kim took me right in and took the pain away. I felt his observations were truthful and accurate and I agreed to begin the work he advised. Some teeth had to be removed and replaced with implants, some crowned and cavities filled. A lot of work! I think Ive spent time in the chair with everyone in his office but mostly Dr Kim and his associate Dr Adam. I can tell you they are the best. Real artists. No wasted time. I can chew again and the teeth look great. Weve finally come to my front teeth and Im so excited. Ive been ashamed to smile for years because my neglected front teeth were so ugly but in another few months Dr Kim will have put the smile back on my face. Is this too much? Sorry but its the truth. 5 stars.
