First, I was charged a $50 "no show" fee for an appointment that was scheduled months in advance.The office staff didnt feel the need to do a reminder courtesy call. The straw that broke the camels back. After the "rip off" no show fee incident, I moved out of state for 2 years. Once I was back in Panama City, I decided to give the staff another chance since Dr. Heidami was very courteous. I brought my family of "4" in for their routine visits which costed me an arm and a leg even with my dental insurance. Later, I developed a severe tooth ache on a tooth they recently x-rayed and was "monitoring". I called the office and requested the Dr. "call in" some pain relief until I could get back in the office, a few days later. They utterly refused to help me in an emergency situation. They said Id have to come in on the spot for yet another office visit and pay more money for something they were already monitoring and had been paid for. Conclusion: The Dr.s are friendly in your face BUT at the end of the day its all about MONEY!! The staff is rude and they all act like sales people instead of dental and office assistants.....So very sad!

My first vist everyone was so friendly, my wait time was no longer than 10 min.past my appointment time. After I got to my room the dental assistance made me feel very relaxed. When the Dr. Came in and he got done with his exam, keep in mind I had already made up my mind on what I wanted so what ever he came up with was just going to be a waste of time for him. He did his exam and just as I expected he had a list of things he could do, I listened on and he had so many options I wasnt aware of. After talking and going over everything we found a plan we could work very well with and get this it was in my budget with my insurance and they were able to work around my work schedule. I give Baytown Dental Center a 10 out of 10 to every department involved with my treatment. I also have the smile I want. We have a little work left this year but Im convenient it will work out just as good as the first part of my treatment went. Im a real patient Im not getting paid to say this. Im just that satisfied with them. I would encourage you at the very least make your first appointment with Baytown Dental Center.

Dr. Rami Heidami has been my dentist for the past few years. He and his staff have always been very professional and courteous to me. I believe that Dr. Rami really cares about his patients and has a way of putting their mind at ease no matter what the circumstances. He has on a couple of occasions fit in my brother and my sister right away when they needed emergency dental care. Neither one of them had seen him previous to their emergency appointments, but his staff was able to quickly accommodate them and Dr. Heidami was able to help them. I was referred to Dr. Heidami a few years ago by my mother and I have highly recommended Dr. Heidami to others since then. I appreciate the e-mails and calls, from Dr. Heidamis office, to remind me of upcoming or past due appointments (as well as happy birthday wishes and holiday greeting e-mails).

What a great office!!! Going to the dentist on its own is nerve racking and for someone who has had the same dentist for every its even more!!! But, my visit at Baytown was great Lucy and Dr. Rami were great!!! Made me feel at ease and like I was important. They explained everything that was going on and made sure to check and see how I was doing through the entire appointment. Front desk staff was great and friendly and accommodating when I was going to be a bit late, not rude or upset like other places had been. If your looking to find a new dentist I would highly recommend Baytown Dental!! Dr. Rami and Lucy will now have a permanent patient from now on!! And anyone else I can send by word of mouth!!! Thank you again !!

Ive been going to this business for 33 years. In the early years the dentist was Dr. Cindy Moore who has since retired. The dentists there now are Dr. Rami Heidami and his brother Dr. Amjad Heidami. You will like these two guys and their team of dental assistants, dental hygienists, and office crew. They move fast, smile often, and will treat you like a million bucks. Rami runs a tight ship. Everyone here is extremely friendly and always willing to take the time to address all of our questions and concerns. Dr. Heidamis team provides us always with their consistent professional quality, care and expertise. Thanks for always showing you care, making us feel comfortable and meeting the needs of your patients. Everyone has a smile when you get there. Every time I visit I am attended to promptly as they manage their appointments very well, without making me feel rushed at all. Overall: Excellent 5 stars!

Incredible customer service. Started seeing them when I had a broken crown and was unable to get in touch with my dentist of 55 years. Ive seen them now on two "emergency" occasions and, not only were they able to get me in quickly, but the attendants and doctor were incredibly helpful and took care of my problems without undue costs. The doctor even called me at home afterwards to see how I was doing. These folks are a class act and top notch. Id recommend them to anyone.

Terrible dentist! DO NOT go there. This place gave me cavities! The dentist is to rough when “exploring teeth” he poked holes in my teeth and those holes later turned into cavities. I confronted him at the time it happened and he just said “that’s how he examines teeth” Also I was charged $500 for a teeth cleaning and examine. The nurses are also very rude, the young one is always rolling her eyes. These people are just plan unprofessional. Save your money go elsewhere!

Please allow me to say that I had an issues with some dentures made for me a little over a year ago.... I left a NOT so nice review in reference to my dissatisfaction with the product made and its durability BUT almost immediately I was contacted directly by the doctor who went ABOVE & BEYOND TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! All I can say is these guys ARE AWESOME AND TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS & Not just the money! thank you Baytown for making a wrong, right!

Every visit I had with Baytown Dental Center was well worth the investment.I was treated with respect and dignity, even under the worst of circumstances. Having no insurance I shopped around, and I say to anyone who has to pay "out of pocket" it cost me 1/3 of the closest estimate. I cant say enough about the staff. THEY ARE GREAT ! As long as I live in Panama City Baytown Dental Center will be my personal Dentist.

My experience with Dr. Heidami and staff was awesome. They were able to give me an appointment time that worked with my schedule and there was no wait! The girls in the office were very nice and friendly and Dr. Heidami was very kind and understanding to my dental fear. I finally found somewhere to go and not be afriad to have my dental work. I can now smile with pride thanks to Baytown Dental Center!!
