I went to get my braces put on today and everything was going fine. I left and not even 10 minutes later my brackets started popping off. I called and they told me to come in and I did, they fixed them and I went on my way. On my way home from the dentist my brackets started coming off AGAIN. I can understand once but TWICE is just someone not doing their job right. I went in for the THIRD time and finally got them fixed. Another reason I gave them such a low score is because when they were fixing my braces the second time one of the workers pulled out her phone and pulled up a YouTube video for everyone to watch right beside me while I was having my braces fixed, including the lady that was fixing my braces. I not only consider that rude, but very unprofessional. Also the orthodontist who was making sure the lady was putting on the braces right never bothered to put on any gloves while sticking his fingers in my mouth, and you could clearly smell that he had recently been eating because of the pungent smell of food coming from his hands. Update- its been three hours since I last went in to get my braces fixed be the brackets have started coming off again. Now I have to wait until Monday to get them fixed because the office is closed on weekends. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone for getting braces.

I went to them a few months ago to get my sons teeth cleaned. All they did was a look, no cleaning. I called today to get them cleaned, she lady on the phone refused to set me an appt! I got so fustrated I had to hang up. Then she called and left me a rude message saying that they probably didnt clean because me son misbehaved and didnt allow cleaning. OMG! He was so perfect at the appt. I coulndt have asked more of him. He was sticking the suction in mouth, playing with the water, and loved the chair. They seemed nice when I went, but that receptionist is aweful. I have the money to pay for a cleaning and she wouldnt set an appt!

Both myself and my 4 kids love coming to this office! very friendly staff, very flexible with treatment plans/payments, etc...They know all of my kids personally and ask them how they are doing in their particular hobbies. Besides all that; weve never had anything less than top quality dental work done from this office. Id recommend them to anyone.

Such as sorry ass excuse for a dental facility. Dingy and dirty floors and walls. Will make you wait over an hour to be seen yet if you are 17 mins late they refuse to see you when younhabe temporary things to get replaced. Just a sorry place. Hack denistry at its finest

I took my daughter there to get a filling one of 7 they said she had. Was over there 2 and a half hours to find out by a pediatric dentist that he disagreed with the other dentist she only had one small cavity that didnt need to be filled. Will not be going back.

I will never look for another dentist for my children! They are the only ones in town who would help when my youngest chipped a tooth as a baby. They keep a clean facility and know what theyre doing! Great staff! My kids look forward to their checkups!
