The dental clinic literally changed me! I had a front tooth of mine in particularly crummy shape. It affected how others saw me and I couldnt fix it fit years. Other dental clinics were always full, non-existent or still too expensive and I was afraid Id lose the whole tooth. I went into the emergency clinic and they scheduled follow-ups, fillings, x-rays and everything I needed. It took a little time but it was so worth it! On a sliding pay scale it was only $40 per visit too! I was so happy and the staff was so very friendly. The dentist and assistant in particular were experienced, caring and made it such a pleasant visit. Id recommend this place to anyone and have. Take advantage of this gem of a local establishment if you are fortunate enough to have it available!

The quality of work at the dental clinic has been the best I have ever received and is highly recommended. I have had much work done there over the last four years by four different dentists and each dentist was excellent. I have had a very different experience with the medical side and would reommend going directly to Mission emergency for any situation that looks like it might need specialized care. My experience dealing with an ongoing severe situation was disastrous all around at Minnie Jones and the right referral from them to go directly to Mission Outpatient Wound Care would have avoided the crisis and entire escalation of the problem. For psychological help other than the need for a check in every three or four weeks I would not recommend Minnie Jones.

Un dia llame por q me sentia muy mal y necesitaba una consulta pedi alguien q hablará español y se me nego lo pedi en repetidas veces y se me nego y ahi hay muchas personas hispanas antes de eso en la clinica dental me sucedio lo mismo pedi un interprete en español y se me nego son groseros y racistas y no solo ami me ha pasado si no otras personas cuentan lo mismo

The dental clinic was a godsend to me at a time I had a number of things needing to be done and not a lot of funds to do it, this was causing me a lot of stress but then lo and behold they called me. The wait list turned out is 1 year (hence my 4 not 5 star)!! So put in your application now. Once I got in I got in everything went smoothly, fast and the staff friendly and professional. If you need to get in quicker call regularly to check for cancellations that worked well for me. Dental answers the phone. I have not been there for primary care, but in dental all I can say is thank goodness for the folks with the passion to keep health care accessible.

Just had my wisdom tooth pulled here. When I realized I needed it pulled I was REALLY worried because theres no way I could afford to pay for it out of pocket and I dont have insurance. The fee here is sliding-scale based, and theyll see a few walk-ins in the morning depending on how many cancellations theyve had. I needed an emergency extraction- I got there at 7 and my tooth was gone by 9:30. All for a very small fee in comparison to the normal cost. The dentist/assistant were so nice!! It really didnt even hurt and I had an impacted tooth!! I am blown away by my experience here. I would give more stars if I could. TLDR: THIS PLACE IS AMAZING.

Very well run clinic for anyone, primarily uninsured and low income families. I have always worked in medical facilities and had health insurance. Unfortunately I lost my job and found myself without insurance or the resources to pay for my regular physicians services. I have never been treated any better and had more professional care than this clinic. People were caring, knowledgeable and were definitely interested in my needs and I was not another number. Despite seeing people that treated them disrespectfully, they continued on with patience and professionalism We are so blessed to have these services in the Asheville area.

If you dont have health insurance, then please go through the process and become a patient. They really do a great job of providing health care to those who cannot afford it. Ive been seen same day for sickness, and the cost is hardly anything. No its not perfect. Im sure they are limited in funds, staff, and what they want to be able to do, vrs what they can do. However, they do care, they do try, and they do provide low cost health services to people in need. And you dont have to wait three months for a dr appointment. The day that it takes to enroll and the process is well worth it.

I have been with WNCCCH since 2014 when I was an ABTech student and I have always received excellent care from the PAs and NPs here. The pharmacy staff is wonderful and you cant beat the prescription prices. I do have health insurance through the marketplace, and could go to outside Dr., but I really like this clinic. The Doctors, nurses, and assistants are all knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling to make ends meet.

This is a great place for someone like me without insurance. Staff is very nice, my NP Megan Abbott is lovely. HOWEVER its literally impossible to get someone to answer the phone at the pharmacy, and if you leave a message... good luck because they will not call you back. The only way to find out if your refill is ready is to go up there I guess. Very annoying. Will give 5 stars once I can actually get the info I need without having to drive all the way there.

First off, the bald security guard is very aggressive and treats people like theyre criminals. Almost all the staff is unkind and unfriendly, which when youre already feeling ashamed of not having health insurance is really just frustrating. I know were living in a society that says the poor are worthless, but I often wonder how Jesus would have felt about the way we treat people today. I do work and pay taxes.

Ive been going here for almost 4 years. I have always received the best of care and been treated friendly. Never had a problem with care, referrals, meds, appointments, wait time, etc. Love my doctor shes very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and understand, staff has always been friendly, the lab staff are great and I cant say enough Good things about the pharmacy. All I can add is a big thank you!

I have a cyst on my ovary... bled for two months with nausea and moderate to severe pain in my left ovary, needed a referral from them to an OBGYN and the quack there told me it was anxiety. Ironically, the very same quack that had only six months before given me the referral I needed which confirmed the cyst. Never again, avoid these people, they have no business practicing medicine.
