I was very impressed with my recent visit to Spring Hill Dental Associates. Ellen and Pat have done an admirable job managing the practice, and everything this team does is built around you, the patient. As a former patient returning after being out-of-town, I admired the subtle changes all introduced to make the experience more pleasant and soothing. Everything from shades to prevent the overhead light from beaming into ones eyes to light relaxation music in the exam rooms, all go a long way to change the way one thinks about "going to the dentist." Dr. Paul Lu is an incredible dentist, not just for his expertise, but also his bedside manner, which is unparalleled. He takes the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terminology, while welcoming every imaginable question from his patients. You are treated as a person, and not as a number -- as is the case at some of the chain dentistry clinics popping up around town -- and one feels valued as a patient while also confident about being in very capable hands with Dr. Lu. For as long as I remain a local resident, Dr. Lu will be my general practice dentist of choice. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nancy Jones, my dental hygienist, who impressed me with her sophisticated dentistry and healthcare intelligence and professionalism, while also being remarkably kind and compassionate. Never before have I had a hygiene technician "check-in" with me during the examination and cleaning, to ensure I was comfortable, while also ensuring my understanding of each step of the procedure. Nancy is an asset to this practice and I would highly recommend her to anyone. All in all, I had a wonderful experience (how often does someone say that about a dental appointment?), scheduling was a breeze and my wait time was very, very brief. The entire team here is doing an admirable job; they appear to love what they do, and it shows in how well they take care of their patient family. All of the reviews seem to be glowing, and I am pleased to count myself among them now. Many thanks to everyone at Spring Hill Dental Associates.

My daughter, Krystal Gracy, set up the appt. for me. I am a retired missionary still doing mission work as God opens the doors. The weekend prior, a little girl I was trying to tell the Gospel story to, was distracted and sad to me, ""you have a yellow tooth." I felt so ashamed that I could barely work. I told Krystal my problem and she spoke so highly about your office that I asked her to see if I could get an appt. before the next weekend. I was taken in and treated in the most sweet and kind manner. This weekend, I had another venue and had such confidence. There are no words to express my gratitude for the care I received!! Thank you all for what you did for me last week. I feel God Himself will give you a special reward for the kindness shown to me. And I feel the Gospel went out much more effectively because of my better smile...minus the tooth issue. I have had minor, as well as extensive dental work done by Dr. Lu. Ive been extremely "dental phobic" due to negative childhood experiences. Dr Lu, as well as his entire staff have been so supportive and understanding, helping me face and overcome my past fears. Theyre ALL very compassionate of my needs, and explain everything that is being done... Step by step. Ive come to actually looking forward to appointment day, as they have totally earned my full trust. I am extremely pleased with Dr Lus expertise and concern with patient comfort. He and his staff have done an excellent job in making my interactions with this practice very pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend this practice and consider myself a patient for life. I can never thank them enough for a very rewarding experience.

Really you say, "nobody loves going to the dentist." Guess what everybody, I LOVE going to see DR. LU. at Spring Hill Dental. He is gentle and cares to keep you pain free. And he is very patient. You will never be RUSHED here. Every one is treated with respect and given all the time needed. The best thing of all is the staff. Each and every person working in that office is wonderful, caring and genuine. Something I am very impressed with,they make you feel like family. Dr. Lu has the best personality. He loves, loves, love his furry "kids" (7 cats ,1 dog) and with me being an animal person too, when Im in the chair he tells me the funniest stories about adventures with his kids. I laugh like Im with my best friend. I truly look forward to going to the DENTIST...do you?

I have complete trust and confidence in Spring Hill Dental Associates because they have always pointed me in the right direction and treated me with respect. The front office staff has always greeted me with a pleasant smile and has a good attitude when answering questions. The dentists have always given me the time to discuss my concerns and this means a lot to me. The waiting time has always been short and sometimes sooner than my appointment time. The place is extremely clean and everyone is very kind. Im so glad that a friend of mines referred Spring Hill Dental Associates to me - I feel truly blessed to be under their dental care. (theyre worth more than 5 stars)

I am a true dentalphobe (my word) and have been my entire life. Going to the dentist has always been a painful, scary experience until yesterday when I visited Dr. Lu and the staff at Srping Hill Dental Associates! Both Dr. Lu and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease and comfortable in their office. Dr. Lu is the most gentle dentist I have ever encountered and it was easy to see that his and the staffs primary concern is making sure that every patient need is met. I have never looked forward to visiting a dentist -Now I am actually looking forward to my next visit! Thank you Dr. Lu and everyone in the office!!

Yesterday was my first experience at Spring Hill Dental Associates and I cant say enough about how FANTASTIC it was! The staff was kind and gentle and seemed really concerned with the well-being of their clients! First, they gave me a tour of the entire facility and then when I had to have x-rays done (which are always painful and awkward) the assistant walked me through each step and was so understanding when I told her I was uncomfortable. If you have ever had a bad experience with a dentist come to Spring Hill Dental Associates and they will ease all your fears. I will never go to another dental facility!

Your people always make me feel welcome with a big smile and very pleasant demeanor. You always make the best of an experience which I try to avoid whenever possible. Of greater attraction to your office is the quality of service you render. I know when I leave, whatever dental work I have received, will be the most up to date, of the highest standard, and will be accomplished by minimizing the pain as much as possible. This quality of service can only be rendered from the professional expertise coupled with the years of experience of the doctor and staff.
