Been going here to pediatrics for my daughter for 4 years and I love how friendly the pediatric nurses and Doctors are (two so far, they change). But anyway yesterday I tried getting my son in for his immunizations and I was so upset with how rude one of their receptionists was with me. The first receptionist was nice and even looked at other locations I could go to that same day, she let me fill out paper work in case he was going to be seen so i was hopefull, then miss attitude came back from her lunch or something and it all went down hill from there. I was so calm and kept my voice tone very polite, but she just treated me like I was stupid and told me my son would not be able to receive care there unless he was sick or hurt all because I took him to see another doctor a few weeks after his birth to check on his jaundice level. I tried getting him seen there first and of course they turned me down then too so in total Ive been trying to get my son in for two months. She thinks he received a physical (he didnt) and because of that his insurance wont cover a new one, ( In my mind Im thinking, "okay.? So.?? does she not consider that I could just pay outta pocket smh). If I could skip talking to her and go straight upstairs I would, but since check in is there I know Im gonna have a problem if she cant lose the attitude. No ones forcing her to work there. If she isnt happy and doesnt enjoy helping others then she needs to find another job. She represents the clinic as a first impression during check in and a last impression for scheduling another appointment and let me tell you it was not plesent at the least. All in all Im questioning if I should even consider going back for either of my kids. Its not how I want or deserve to be treated at all when all I want is to get my kids taken care of.

The dentist had agreed to extract both broken molars during the same visit. This not only saved money but would have been significantly more convenient by minimizing time away from responsibilities and obligations. Most importantly however is that the patient, my fiancée, has a severe clotting disorder and is on a strict dosing schedule of warfarin. She was required to temporarily discontinue this medication for her extractions - for obvious reasons. Upon seeing the dentist, he only numbed one side and refused to honor his promise to pull both teeth on the same visit. This is dangerous for my fiancée since she was unable to resume her warfarin dosing until after the second molar removal, and therefore may have thrown a potentially life-threatening clot. The appointments were over a week apart and her INR hit zero. Although the dentist was informed of this and we implored him to pull both as agreed, he refused by rudely explaining that he would not because "[his] hip was in pain." Our nurse overheard this and was very sympathetic; apologizing for his bad attitude by explaining that his hip often causes him discomfort and it negatively affects his manner. Due to our protests and dissatisfaction, this dentist noted in her chart that he would not care for her in the future. We have been assigned another, staff dentist and hope future visits, treated by this new dentist will prove to be more pleasant.

This organization is all about sucking money out of their clients. They charge a base fee of $40+bloodwork. The appointment is for one complaint. So if you have a rash and herna, they will deal with one issue and make you reschedule for the remaining issue. They only write scripts for 30 days at a time even if you are a long time client (diabetic). You have pay to be seen every month to renew the prescription(s). If they bill you or you owe money they wont see you until its completely paid off. We had insurance with my husbands company that the deductible hadnt been paid off (yet) and even though we qualified for lower payments without insurance they charged our insurance company FULL price. No sliding scale fee applied even when I asked if we would be charged full price since I qualified for "low cost" services and was told yes. When I called the office after the insurance sent us the bill, I was told I had insurance so I shouldnt worry about it. I think all the people who donate to this company should be aware of the bad practices these people are following.

I had two major issues Iwanted to be seen for. Chest pains and a lump on my stomach. I got a very rude nurse who told me they only had time to inspect one issue, so they completely refused to look at the lump that day. Wouldnt even look to see if it was serious or not. Even when talking about the one issue they wanted to discuss, they rushed answers out of me. Other than all that, they did follow up pretty quickly with lab results. You get what you pay for, and this place is as cheap as it gets.

My bf has no insurance so we came here to get a suspicious lump checked out behind his ear. It cost $100, but with no ins. Im not surprised. Anyway, not only did we get right in, but the doctor was very nice and even offered to remove it right away. We agreed and she even let me video the removal process! Great place. My only complaint was that i got a bill in the mail saying the cost was $122. So we supposedly owe $22.

We have gotten very good care since going there for the last two months. My son had been having health problems for quite some time and the Dr. at the after hours clinic finally diagnosed him with asthma. We had gone to so many other doctors and they couldnt figure it out. All of the locations have been so helpful to us during this time of unemployment and hardship. We appreciate them and all that they do.
