The Doctor is fine. Though they run late. The problem is how it is administrated. I have insurance. I had to physically go down and preregister. That took two hours. Days later I went to the doctor, who recommended two referrals. Two days later I get a call that one of my referrals is ready and I must go down and pick it up. Cant you just tell me who it is with and give me a number? "No, it isnt confidential." "Can you mail it to me or can I check it online?" "No again!. I check the mail at home that day. I have a letter stating I have a referral. Go down and pick it up. Please people, I know you can get more efficient and save more money, if you just tell me on the phone. You can give me test results on the phone. Why not referral results? If you have all day and no problem with transportation, Su Clinica may work for you. They are paper wasters and operate with great inefficiency.

Very bad with scheduling appointments. They schedule you at a certain hour, and you dont get out till 3 to 4hrs later
