This location has always been pretty clean and professional so on the one occasion that I needed WIC again, I had no apprehensions about it at all. However, while I had it after they started me it was not long after I found out I was taken off of the program but not only did I find this information out at the grocery store, when I called the department they informed me I was taken off due to missing an appointment. I never had the information for this upcoming appointment or I would not have missed my appointment or I would have even called ahead to reschedule. I was never called or informed of this missed appointment by phone, e-mail or text it was only after I called that I found out I was taken off of the program. This program has helped me not just with one child but also my second baby. I love this program because it helps moms to understand the parenting process but also the health and nutrition that goes into it and the financial burden that being a new parent can cause. I will probably go back to this location, simply because it is my closest location but I wanted to let the public know what happened to me in the case that it may happen again to someone else. My suggestions? Let the patients know about upcoming appointments and when/if they miss an appointment, call and let them know the day of so that they can take action immediately and reschedule. Horrible Service! The staff is very lazy and there is no such thing as a common courtousy. I went up there to get my youngest sons milk changed from regular milk to Lactose free milk this was at 3pm It took them 1 1/2 hours to get me in . Then apparently the computers crashed an no one thought to tell me that they had crashed. I waited 1 hr for nothing. When I went up and asked the lady what was taking so long she told me there computers had shut down at 4 this was at 430. She said I know you were waiting on vouchers. i asked her was she going to come and tell me that the computers had crashed, and she acted like I was not important. Needless to say I had to go back the next day to get my vouchers

The staff is very unprofessional!!!! Ive had two bad experiences with this clinic and I will NEVER go back! They made me feel like trash and made inappropriate comments. When I was nervous during my checkup I was told I must have been sexually molested as a child because my legs were shaking! WTF!!! who says that? This place needs to be shut down!

Besides the front counter check-in ladies most of the staff was completely rude and unprofessional. My nurse argued with me when I tried confronting her about another nurse bursting my vein last visit I had and least to say Im never going there again.

Went there and the service was great. Only sat in waiting room for under five mins. The only part i dont like is that there is people i cant understand. I could barely understand what a lady was telling me. Other than that perfect!

Never had to wait for more than five minutes. The service was quick and all of the workers I encountered were lovely. Would recommend scheduling an appointment rather than a walk-in.
