Form the moment I made my appointment until after my appointment, everyone I encountered were professional and courteous. Jessica helped me get set up with my first appointment and she was kind each phone conversation and during our face to face conversation. Once I went to the back, Young( I believe the dental hygienist) was with me all of my visit. This was my first visit with the office and I am usually uncomfortable at the dentist. Young explained everything to me prior to doing it. She also explain the reason for doing it( something that has never happened). She was kind with explaining the dental concerns found during the examination and with showing me proper brushing and flossing techniques. (Who would of known you can brush your teeth incorrectly). I thought it was cool to see my digital pictures of my teeth and disgusting (cause I have some bad teeth(lol)). Oh Youngs statement about "mouth poop" was too funny. I made sure to brush my teeth last night (normally I only brush in the mornings unless I eat something unfavorable.) but thinking of mouth poop made me eager to brush twice last night. By the time Dr. Lumpkin came into the room I had learn much valuable information from Young. Dr. Lumpkin was very gentle and kind as well. She is also funny. Again I dislike the dentist and do not have great teeth. She helped me to feel comfort and was honest learning I could stop further damage but it may be challenging. I loved her joke about getting to the pearly gates and seeing St. Peter and not having "all my parts." I could of fell out my chair laughing at that but I tried to hold it in. This is a great group of people and I would recommend any and everyone that I can to go check them out. They are knowledgeable and have the best customer service Ive encountered from a dentist thus far. This is coming from a person who gets anxiety about the dentist and has had poor experiences with dental issues. I actually wish I would of found them sooner. Dr. Lumpkin and Vinings Center for Dentistry you all Rock!

I am so thankful I found out about Vinings Center for Dentistry. From the first phone when I made my appointment, I was provided nothing but excellence. The receptionist, Jessica was amazing and even provided directions and made me feel at ease when I was lost, on the way to my appointment. When I walked in the office building (not yet in the dental office) the hygienist named Young, already knew my name and said, "You must be Ms. Codi?". Little things like that are so awesome, to know the employees took the time to learn your name and make you feel comfortable. Young was so patient and friendly! She taught me better methods of flossing. My favorite part of the visit is having pictures from all angles taken. Not only did I get the routine X-rays, but I had pictures taken of all of my teeth, and it helped me learn a lot about my mouth, and also how my deviated septum is causing a narrow airway in my nostril! Dr. Lumpkin was very thorough and not only told me about my current cavities but my potential cavities if I do not start flossing more, and I loved that method of not only what is going on now, but potential results in the future. Dr. Lumpkin was so informative and took the time to explain and teach me about my teeth and my current situation. Having personnel that actually takes the time, and doesnt rush is so hard to come by. I am so happy I have found a new dental home. Thank you to Jessica, Young, and Dr. Lumpkin for providing outstanding service and going above and beyond!

This is BY FAR the BEST dentist I have ever been to. Not only does Dr. Lumpkin have the most comforting bed side manner and personality, but she is kind and patient and willing to explain any questions you have in detail. You can without a doubt she truly cares for her patients, wants them to have as calm and pain free experience possible, and loves her job. Then there are her lovely and kind assistants and staff. I have been here for 2 cleanings and 3 filings. I am greeted with a friendly face the moment I arrive, I am tended to promptly and have never waited for more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room, the tell you everything that they are doing before they do it and why, the fillings I had were the fastest and most pain free I have ever had. Not only did she numb me up good, but she made the numbing process less painful to! I am delighted to have found a dentist I trust. I have never felt so at ease at the dentist in my life!!!! I recommend that even if You have a dentist you like to give Dr. Lumpkin a visit. You will not be disappointed!!

After a long hiatus from dental appointments, I went to Vinings Center for Dentistry to "bite" the bullet and take care of some ailing teeth. I was pretty nervous about it. I didnt know what kind of reception I was going to get nor what catastrophic news Dr. Lumpkin was going to give me. The staff helped put me at ease immediately. They were friendly, prompt, and while they didnt pull any punches they were never judgmental. Luckily, my teeth were not as close to catastrophe as I thought...they did need a thorough cleaning and a minor repair, but they all stayed firmly rooted in my mouth. They did excellent and professional work from Jessica in the front office, Miranda and Yong who got me through the cleanings, and Dr. Lumpkin who explained everything clearly and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied with why we needed to do what she suggested. Thanks to them Ill have a much healthier smile and WONT be skipping out on regular dental visits.

Ive experienced nothing but a pleasant and friendly atmosphere since Ive been visiting Dr. Lumpkins office over the past 5 years. Ive gotten several successful fill-ins and she has given me a great routine to get rid of my tooth sensitivity. She is very thorough in explaining/answering any and all of my questions. It took me a very long time to find a great dentist in my area with this type of knowledge and patience. The dental hygienists here are also Awesome. My routine dental cleanings are very intensive and thorough, they have managed to keep my teeth squeaky clean between visits and I cant help but smile when I leave this office. Dr. Lumpkins receptionist Jessica is awesome with keeping in touch with my insurance carrier and updating me on what is covered under my dental plan. Overall, coming to this office makes coming to the dentist office a great experience. Now, I actually look forward to coming to the dentist regularly. Keep up the great work and customer service.

I LOVE MY DENTIST! Honest. Integral. Ethical. Cutting Edge. Knowledgeable. Kind. Cozy. Yes - cozy. My first visit, upon getting in the chair for my examination and simply mentioning that I was cold a pleasant staff member fetched a super cozy, snuggly and warm blanket. While coziness may not be the typical driver for one dentist over the other but in this instance, its the cherry that topped my experience. Not only is Dr. Lumpkin the most honest and ethical dentist Ive had in my adult years, she is also extremely knowledgable with great bedside manner. Over the years Ive found that unethical dentist make their money off nonexistent problems in your mouth. They treat you for issues that may not exist or exaggerate issues that may not be as bad thus leading to exorbitant fees and exaggerated cost. That is NOT the case with Dr. Lumpkin, and very much the opposite. She is the BEST dentist Ive ever had in my adult years and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to the world.
