I went here on last week for an appointment they took a long time to call me back, they x ray my mouth tell me, I need a root canal in the middle of the root canal the woman Dentist Dr Garbert tells the assistant she needs another x ray the machine goes down they tell me I have to come back the next day she was not there, so I had a male Dentist who completed her work by the time he finishes and finally got out what I thought was my nerve of my tooth, it was the end of a tooth file she done dropped in there. He did a good job fixing someone elses screw up, but my mouth is still hurting and I have not been able to get my antibiotics or nothing because that woman forgot to date my prescription the pharmacy and I have been calling them for a few days,waiting for them to verify no amswer so I drive out there to find out they are all of a sudden shut down with no explanation at all

My first visit was on a Sunday and it was wonderful with a Dr. Patel was very gentle I had a second appt with a lady on march 30 and the lady was very unprofessional she got upset when I told her she put the novicane in my cheek then tried to drill my tooth as I told her I wasnt numb just my cheek she ten gave me another shot in my cheek wish didnt help with the pain in my teeth nor my gums she then got an attitude cuz I told her she wasnt doing something right she then proceeded to put me out of the dentist office and said I had an infection on my tooth mind u I was just there a week ago and the other dr. Told me it was fine no infection. Today my cheeks are sore as hell and my tooth is in worse shape then when I went due to her drilling

I was in same day. They have taken very good care of me. Staff is very nice. They are a busy place but I never felt neglected or under serviced. They went over and beyond to help me. I do recommend them to people. If it wasnt for them I wouldve been in tremendous pain for long time. Im still getting work done and wouldnt trade them for anywhere else. Best dental experience Ive ever had.

Took care of me on a Saturday last minute, ordered a crown while there, staff was nice. Just called me to set an appointment for the crown. I read some of these reviews and have to say I didnt share the same negative experience. When you show up at an "Urgent" anything, there will be a wait. My expectations were managed coming in. I am pleased. Do hope we get a hygienist on board soon.

I dont know why you make an appointment here. Showed up half hour early to make sure paperwork is filled out and I get in at my SCHEDULED time. Was told there were delays early yet in the day causing the issue but did not receive a phone call informing me of these changes. Will not be coming back.

Went there Saturday had appt for 930am dentist decided not to come to work so I rescheduled appt for Monday 930am get there early again waited until after 1030 before they told me computers were down and they cant see me or make another appointment

We went there over the weekend because my daughter had a toothache. While we did wait a long time(we had no appt), they staff was beyond friendly. I dont understand the negative reviews
