Service was impeccable! I was referred by a friend and was very pleased at the Excellent Customer Service from the minute I stepped into the reception area. Promptly greeted and met with smiles and an efficient staff that knew their role which put me at ease immediately. During my consultation, I loved the indepth analysis from the hygienist and doctor. You can definitely tell they work together to make the total dental experience a success! Would I recommend for Customer Service? 100% Yes! My treatments havent started so I can only rate 4 stars however, I believe I will be very satisfied with that as well!

At Sharonville family dental, the staff is very friendly from the front desk to the Dentist Dr. Bierbaum . My daughter loves going to the dentist, they make her and I feel very comfortable while there by explaining all procedures well!
