I regret that I have just two thumbs up that I can give to Dr. Brown and his entire staff. They are fantastic, not just with their professional approach, but also with the personal touches they bring to their practice. Whenever any of my family have an appointment, they greet us by name and ask how things are going, but they definitely "go the extra mile". As an example, I have become "friends" with several people in the office on Facebook and they followed my progress this year as I trained for - and completed - my first Ironman triathlon. A few days after the race I found a card in my mailbox from Dr. Brown congratulating me on my accomplishment. I mean, seriously, what other dentist would do such a thing? Everyone is so busy with their lives and their jobs, so for Dr. Brown to take the time to hand write a card to me, recognizing my accomplishment and congratulating me was so nice. Granted, they are very good at what they do, but the personal touch they incorporate into their practice ensures that we will be life-long patients. Its the little things like this that I find extraordinary about these folks. If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brown.

My experience at Brown and Kupper was just wonderful. I am always tentative about going to the Dentist, the front office staff(Lorna, Sue and Sue), the Hygienist(Angie) and Dr. Lee Brown, they all put me at ease and made me feel like I was part of the family and welcome. The warm smiles on everyones faces brightened my day. The Hygienist was tentative to my needs and made me feel comfortable. She walked me through my appointment and cleaning, so that I knew everything she was doing, which sometimes can be confusing and keep you guessing otherwise. Her knowledge of her job was evident and put me at ease in the chair. Look forward to Angie cleaning my teeth in 6 months. Dr. Lee Brown is simply cool. His personality is great and again, he explained everything to me so that I felt informed and educated about what he was checking. The conversation while in the chair was fun and is always entertaining, again, he made me feel like family. I think that is the common thread at Brown and Kupper, Family. They greet you with a smile, make you feel comfortable and makes it easy to want to come back.

Ive been going to Dr. Kupper in particular since I was about 8 or 9 - now a 29 year old, I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! The office staff feel like a family, the teamwork is so flawless - and it is incredible how they remember my face from year to year! Face, details, family - you name it, they remember it! There is a small town feel to this group that I havent been able to replicate anywhere else - the old family dentist idea. Im truly amazed at how at-home I feel when I come in. Dr. Kupper is very accommodating, has a great bedside manner, and is great at explaining options and what hes doing. All of the hygienists are very friendly and easy to work with as well. The quality of the work is superb. I would recommend this office and ANY of its staff to everyone!

This is by far the best dental practice in the city. Their staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door. They make an effort to know everything about you, ask about your family, and take a genuine interest in you as a person, not just a patient. I moved away from West Chester a long time ago, but still make the 40 minute commute when its time to see a dentist. Larry, Lee, and Kim are all top notch dentists and all-around great people. They are masters of their craft and have a personality to compliment their skills. Their hygienists are quick to start a conversation and make time fly while sitting in the chair. These are people I can trust and cant imagine going anywhere else.

I recommend everyone to use Brown and Kupper when they are new in town or even just looking for better care for their teeth! The staff is all family friendly and so kind to all of us. I have been bringing my kids since they were infants to watch me get my teeth cleaned and now they are good patients for the dentist. Sure they still have the wiggles, but the staff is always so patient with them. I have been coming here for 29 years and have rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time, if at all. My daughter even won gift certificates for being in the no cavity club! Fun for the whole family doing something that isnt always known as fun. Thanks to a wonderful team!

I have been seeing Dr. Brown along with my teenage and young adult sons since last year when our previous dentist abruptly closed their practice, Dr. Brown and his associates were very welcoming and have given us outstanding service since. When my teenage son had complications from wisdom teeth extractions performed by an oral surgeon, Dr. Browns team got him in to see Dr. Brown right away so he could determine the best course of action. The hygienist is very competent and gentle and the office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking a dentist in the Liberty Township/West Chester area.

I highly recommend Dr. Brown & Kuppers office. I have visited many practices in the past few years and this one exceeds any of the others, by far! The minute you walk in the door youre greeted with a big smile and warm "hello" which makes you feel like youre walking into a friends home. Everything about that office is enjoyable and comforting. The dental assistant, hygienist & Dr are so personable and friendly but yet also show top notch professionalism. They explained everything very thoroughly and didnt pressure me to have any procedures done that werent necessary. I think I have found the dental office I will be able to stay at for a very long time.

As always, the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They called me by name and everyone had a big smile. My cleaning and exam were done efficiently and thoroughly. Dr. Brown addressed a problem I had with thoroughness and thoughtfulness. I was pleased with his decision on how to proceed in a conservative way. I have been a patient in the practice for 22 years and know I can trust them to have my best interests in mind. My husband began going to the practice a couple of years ago and is very pleased. I recommend them with confidence, knowing they treat all their patients as well as they treat me.

I cant imagine going to another dentist in this area. The office of Brown & Kupper is the greatest. I see Dr. Lee Brown and he is an outstanding dentist. He takes the time to explain every detail of your visit and makes sure any of your questions are answered. I have had all of my dental work done at this office for nearly 20 yrs. The facility is very clean and precautions for your health and safety are first and foremost. The staff are very friendly and know who you are when you walk in the door. To all the staff at Brown and Kupper Thank you so much your are all first rate!!
