My appointment was at 3:20 but they moved it back to 3:40 without asking me. I waited over 30 minutes to be finally called back. The hygeniest was ok...but she was rough with my teeth flossing and working on them sometimes it was uncomfortable and painful yet she never asked if I was alright. After she was done she sent me up to the front office. I asked if the dentist was going to do his/her exam and said no they already left for the day & made a comment that she leaves early quite frequently. I have never been to the dentist without seeing him/her. What if I have a cavity? No exam even though my ins. covers it & im supposed to get a cleaning/exam every 6 months? The front office receptionist was rude and short with me when I expressed my concerns. She said I can come back when the dentist is there. I shouldnt have to do that & it was already an inconvienance that I had to get a baby sitter, my appt was pushed back 20 min without asking me, I waited another 30+ min in the waiting room & wasnt even told the dentist wasnt there. Whats wrong with this office?

This was the first time I went to a dentist in 1 1/2 years. I had an X-ray and was happy that I only needed a new cavity filled and an old one replaced. The dentists assistant informed me of this. When the dentist came in and checked my x rays, he said I had to have all my wisdom teeth removed and promptly left. I checked the x rays myself and saw nothing wrong. I asked the nurse why the dentist said such and she saw nothing wrong with my wisdom teeth. I took my x rays to a second dentist for another opinion. This dentist told me my wisdom teeth came in straight, had no cavities and complimented me that I was brushing correctly back there. They also told me there is no reason my wisdom teeth need to be taken out. Its extremely careless to suggest removing teeth that hold no health problems. The dentist at Bright Now Dental was simply looking for a quick 400 bucks. It doesnt hurt to get a second opinion. But it sure as hell will hurt worse if you found out you had teeth removed when it wasnt necessary.

Very rude people. They gave me an appointment and then the dentist wouldnt even come into the exam room where I was to see me. Told the assistant (who kept her back to me while I tried to talk to her) he wasnt going to do anything for me and hes not giving me and more prescriptions. They acted like I was a drug addict that had been there several times. All I need is antibiotic because my face is swollen. If he would of just looked at me he would have known. It was a total waste of time. I could have been somewhere that would have cared for me sooner. Aspen Dental is where I am going now. They treat people like people there.

Soooo... I have been going to this office for over a year now. I have always been very satisfied with my doctor and my hygienist. Most especially my hygienist because they do your cleaning... so I went in today for a cleaning walked in at 7:19 my appointment was at 7:30... they called me back at about 7:22 started my cleaning by like 7:25 and I was out at the front desk scheduling my next appointment at 7:36. My mouth not even feeling as clean as it did after I brushed my teeth this morning at home on my own. So that is the reason for my low review. It was like being rushed in and out of a nail salon

Our first visit was very welcoming. The receptionist had to pick us up from the parking lot for we couldnt find their office. She went out her way to help us out. Both the hygienist and the doctor are very calm and kind, as well as the front desk people. The place is clean. Were very much satisfied with the service they rendered to us. Im looking forward to see them again for my sons dental appointment. Thank you!

The ladies at Bright Now are ALWAYS welcoming and friendly, whether it is the receptionist or the hygienist. The office is neat and clean, and very time efficient. Dr. Reza is very to the point and personable as well. I dont always receive the same hygienist, but they are always informative and ready to answer any questions I may have. I always enjoy my visit to this office!

This place is just out to get every dime they can from you. They may seem sweet and nice, but dont let them fool you. They tried to scare me into spending hundreds of dollars or my teeth with eventually fall out, by showing me another patients x-rays who just had a bunch of teeth taken out. Make sure you get a second opinion like I did.

Worst ever!!!! I waited for an hour in the waiting room. My hygienist complained to the other staff about "Not getting to leave early due to too many patients". The dentist NEVER spoke a word directly to me. The staff was generally rude and uninterested. Finally, the "care plan" they devised was way over priced. I will never go back.

Very incompetent and unprofessional stuff at reception. First time the lady incorrectly informed that my insurance providers are not under their network and kept the phone. next when I checked about the operation timings after 5pm, she said they are not available whereas thats not true on a Thursday... I dont have so much to waste !!

This office is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly. Sally is the best assistant ever, she is so warm and welcoming and i was scared to death about my appointment. Dr. Reza is Awesome and fun and you will not even feel that needlestick. The front office greets you with a smile and make you feel like family. I love this office.

Dont try this dental office..they dont have respect, coordination. Every time when I visit, they created a problem. Totally this is not a dental office... unprofessional staffs...if the rate was negative..I will give negative 1000000.....

Incredibly friendly staff, very polite and wonderfully thorough. There was a small delay in my seeing the dentist but they kept me updated and genuinely apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, a pleasant experience.
