這里的一位女性白人兒科医生很不錯，但是少數几位護士的服務態度，叫人無語。最讓我反感的，是有幾次和櫃台護士反映問題，想瞭解情況，護士的態度很不友善，彷彿病人是作錯事的小學生在聽老師訓話。人在美國，會找說中文的診所，無非是語言溝通方便。我想說的是，櫃台人員和醫生同樣重要，無時無刻都要傳達給病人一種耐心、關心及專業的形象。我非常同情作護士的壓力，但是這樣的服務品質，真的需要改進。

Dr. Leong and his staff is wonderful. My encounters with them each time is very pleasant. I do not see Dr. Leong myself but my parents do. I usually take care of everything for my parents so every time they do see Dr. Leong his staff follows up with me and relays lab results and visit summaries which is something I need to know since I am not able to accompany them at every appt. Dr. Leong is great he is always available to answer my question even though he is so busy himself. He does care about his patients which is something hard to find especially when you have Asian parents that only want to see an Asian Cantonese speaking doctor. THANKS Dr. Leong!

Dr King has been my brothers primary care physician for years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. Dr. King and his staff have been extremely helpful to my brother with a variety of his issues. Despite having a busy practice, we are almost always able to schedule an appointment for within a few days of calling. Our appointments always ran on time, Dr King was really knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend this medical group!!

Great doctor for the 10 min I saw him. The staff, especially the front desk lady. If you ever need paper work from them, make sure you triple check. She typed the same error twice even after I pointed it out. And when I got my medical document, my birthday was typed wrong... She is also inconsistent. She told me if I have a friend help me pick up my paperwork, she/he needs to know my birthday. On the day, my friend kept calling me because she would not release the paperwork without talking to me on the phone even though she knew my birthday.

Dr.Leong and his staffs have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Despite having a busy practice, I’m always able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my calling .They also has a physician assistant -Jayme Sibley. She specializes in womens health ,health, pediatrics. If you feel more convenience to see a female doctor. She always can help you out. Doctors and staffs are knowledgalble, accommodating, and concerned.

Dr. Leong saved my life. He is the best doctor I ever had. I had been sick for weeks. He spent the time to listen to me. He diagnosis me with cold induce asthma. Im doing great now.
