Ive been a patient of Dr. Pelini for over 25 years and cant say enough about her deep care for her patients. Im a difficult fit for contact lenses and everything she has suggested, Ive tried with great results. Ive retired and moved out of the Chicago area and threatened my new practitioner with a road trip to Chicago if they cannot meet my needs. Unfortunately, I wont be making the road trip. Tremain and the technician are also knowledgeable and caring people. This is one practice you dont want to miss -- I miss it very much.

All around an outstanding experience! Dr. Pelini graciously took time to carefully determine my difficult prescription, which, believe me, is no small undertaking. And she also gave me the best contact lens fitting I have ever had. Dawn was as well exceptional in both her technical acumen and customer service. Far and away they are the most friendly and talented eye care professionals I have had the pleasure to know!

Dr Pelini and her staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, helpful and really treat you like family. The eye exam is thorough and Dr. Pelini listens to ensure you are getting the best solution for your needs. The selection of eyewear and contacts are wonderful. The professionals at Pelini Eyecare are very courteous and always willing to help. Making an eye appointment is very simple and the doctor never has you waiting longer than a few minutes before you are in for your exam. Everyone on staff is very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and they usually have good candy on the desk around the holidays.

I have been going to Dr Pelini for at least 15 years. I started when I worked downtown and even though retired 10 years, still make the trip downtown for the eye exam and glasses. I love working with them all. Always a pleasant experience. Dr Pelini always takes care of my eyes and Tremaine and Marie take care of the rest!

Dr. Pelinis staff is delightful and helpful. She is very knowledgeable ,and once identified a problem with my retina. She was able to make an appointment with a specialist for the very next day for the required procedures to repair the retina right away. I highly recommend this office.
