I went to Dr. White when I found out i was pregnant. I ended up miscarrying. Despite me complaining of cramping and her not finding a fetal heartbeat at 10 weeks, she sent me on my way. I carried my dead fetus around for 2 more weeks before my body naturally miscarried. Although it was my 3rd miscarriage, she did not offer to do ANY type of further testing to diagnose why. Dr. White often had to ask her nurses simple questions as she didnt have the answers for me. The nurses were rather rude/cold and the billing department is extremely rude. After I miscarried, Dr. Whites office retroactively changed the codes on my appointments from prenatal visits to regular exams in which I would then have to provide a copay. With my insurance I should have only paid a copay on my confirmation of pregnancy visit. When I called to dispute it with them, I was told that is how insurance works otherwise the doctor wont get paid. She lied to me and proceeded to hang up on me telling me "Call Blue Cross Blue Shield because I cant explain it any different to you" *CLICK*. I had to call my insurance in order for them to contact the office and get the situation rectified. Its fraud, point blank period. Both my new Dr.s billing office and BCBS said that that is not a practice that they do and its highly suspect. So now I have to file appeals and claims to not have to pay the fraudulent charges. STAY FAR AWAY. Go up the hall to Dr. Thukral, shes 10x more caring and educated.
