I had an appointment scheduled for Friday 9/9 with Dr. Flores right after work. I get there and they tell me I dont have an appointment anymore as it got canceled. As for a phone call, they called my old phone even though I gave my new number when I made the appointment. Still, things happen. I tell the person I am having a problem and need to be seen. She tells me the next opening is 9/16 at 3pm. This is normally too early for me to make it, but I decide to make several adjustments to my normal schedule to make it. At 11am someone calls to ask if I can come in earlier. I say no and explain why. I hurry there for my appointment and when I walked in they once again told me my appointment was canceled, and "they were just about to call me." It was 3:01 when I walked in and my appointment was at 3. The waiting room was EMPTY. They tell me the doctor suddenly got called away. Again. But based on the empty waiting room and the call asking me to come early, they just wanted an early weekend two weeks in a row. I left the office in tears. I have been feeling ill for weeks. I am seeing a primary care doctor also, who recommended I see the OB as soon as possible. He offered to set me up with an associate but I said no because I already had this appointment. Now I still am bleeding, dont know what is wrong and have to start at square one. I wont be going back.

I had an appointment at 12 with my doctor. I wasnt seen until 3. Once my doctor actually came into the room, he rushed me out, half answering my questions and not addressing the issues Ive had since Ive been pregnant. When I would ask questions, he spoke over me and kept saying hed see me in 2 weeks. Not to mention, the women at the front desk are extremely rude, lab team leaves MULTIPLE urine samples on the lab door so theres literally no room to put your sample unless you move someone elses. Save your time and see an actual professional. I will never in my life come back to this facility everyone Ive come across has been awful.

I love my doctor Dr. James however her team leaves a lot to be desired. I stopped visiting the Harvey location because it seems too chaotic and full of crying kids and angry patients who have been waiting too long. At the Calumet City location the environment is much more calm. They arent overbooked so youll be seen within 25-30 minutes of your appointment time, still too long of a wait in my opinion but it beats my experience at their other location by far. The staff is friendly and inviting although her MA can be a little scatter brained at times but her smile and personality make up for that in my opinion.

My 3 week old at the time was scheduled for a 12:00 circumcision apt. & they told us we couldnt feed him a hr and a half before the appointment. So I havent fed him since about 10:30am. We wait about 5 hours before they called our name. My baby was soo hungry. Crying his really hard and loud. And by the 3rd time of my complaining FINALLY called his name. That is ridiculous! I was so angry. My 3 week old was starving. They are SO unprofessional! I will never be going there again.

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and I hate this place. It seems like the doctor is rushing me out of this place. The staff dont even know how to check blood pressure correctly, and when they do they always say my blood pressure is high and they end up sending me to the hospital. When I go to the hospital they tell me my blood pressure is normal and nothing is wrong. I highly recommend that whoever is being sent here to not go because this place deserves no stars.

I wish I wouldve read the reviews before I came. The worst doctors office ever. Unprofessional is all that comes to mind about this place. Also, I had an appointment for 9 am, nurse said doctor will be there by 10:00. At 10:30 I ask where is the doctor, she says she not sure but hell be there shortly. Then at 11:30 comes back to say sorry he wont be coming in. Receptionist are inattentive & not welcoming. Overall save the trip & go somewhere else.

I really like my doctor (Dr. flores ob/gyn) he actually takes his time to talk to you and gives you his personal number to contact him if needed. Its also great that the hospital is right across the street just in case you need lab work done, or if theres an emergency.
