X-ray and the mouth pieces they provide hurt - Compared to my other dentist of over 10 years (only changing because lost job) I never had pain with X-rays. Pointed out I need oral Cancer screening which also cost money (my other dentist didnt charge for this) $82 and then wanted me to go through Scaling because they said my pockets were 4 and they were concerned. Heres the issue, I said I decline everything and just want a regular cleaning - that is why I came to them and they said no, they wouldnt do just a regular cleaning I must to the scaling which cost over $200 out of my pocket (i have insurance) this is not covered. I said I have over 10 years worth of xrays and paperwork from my previous dentist I can provide to show my pockets have not changed (why scale if not needed?) Nope ..... so dont think "cheap" just find yourself a good dentist that doesnt have the gimmicks of getting you in the door to only charge you for the "extras" to compensate for their "free exam" I felt as if I was at a car dealership

Worst dentist experience ever. Do NOT pre-pay for your follow up appointment. DO NOT let them bully you into getting the $320 cleaning with the $200 "take home" package. They refused to give me a regular cleaning. My gums were fine and one small cavity. The wait was excruciatingly long and they do not clean your teeth on the first visit. Normally when you go to a dentist your teeth are x-rayed, cleaned then the dentist looks at your teeth and recommends treatment. Not so here. I showed up 15 minutes early. I waited in the waiting room for an HOUR. They took too many painful x-rays (the mouth insert was too big and there was nothing to bite on to when it was in the necessary positions). I waited some more for the dentist and person that poked my gums. Then waited more to be bullied by the scheduler and told that I couldnt have the normal $89 cleaning. This is a racket.

Aspen Dental was a really good experience. I had pain for 3 weeks and had trouble getting an appointment with area providers that accept Care Source. While Aspen Dental does not accept this insurance they do offer a coupon for a free first visit. The staff was very friendly and the dentist asked me questions that no other dentist asked me. This made me feel confident in his knowledge and in his practice of dentistry. I did not feel rushed and everything was clearly explained to me. My x-rays were displayed on a screen in front of me where the dentist explained everything he recommended. When it was time to hear the quote for my suggested dental work, I did not feel pressured to make an appointment or treated much differently because of the insurance I have. I would seek out Aspen Dental services in the future.

Had a wonderful time today at Aspen Dental. I was a first time patient, and they were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I came in to schedule an extraction of my wisdom teeth and was able to get in for a teeth cleaning and schedule the extraction on the same day. Everyone I encountered was very professional, understanding and willing to answer all of my questions. The cleaning was gentle, but thorough. No longer will I dread returning to the dentist. The whole staff was awesome. I want to give a special shout out to Levi the office manager, Gabby the dental assistant, Heather who was the professional teeth cleaner, and Mrs. Receptionist Lady (I wasnt fortunate enough to catch your name but you were awesome!) Keep up the great work everybody :)

Fantastic dentists & staff! I used to have panic attacks I was so scared to have to be seen by a dentist. Both dentist are very compassionate and excel at their craft. They really take the time to listener to your concern & work with you to make a customized plan that works for you! They also offer financing plans to help with your budget. I highly recommend this office especially for dentures! I am under 40 & due to heath issues had my top denture done in 2014 and no one knew they were not my natural teeth. The guarantee the stand by of 100% satisfaction is absolutely true as they made minor tweaks to ensure more comfort & I will,now be getting my bottom set done. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have been always afraid of going to the dentist, since it hurts so much. I had a old filling in my wisdom tooth which started to hurt. So I went to Aspen as a new patient since it is closer to our home. Dr. Kumar, the dentist is so amazing and kind. He took time to check my teeth and explained to me everything. He is so gentle and at the same time so thorough. They decided to extract my tooth. I feel that I can trust the doctor and the place with my future dental work. Now I am trying to get my husband and daughter to go there too. All the other ladies there are amazing too. I could not catch their names yet.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is a total scam!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Beware the "free" new patient visit is only free if you do not have insurance. Once they see you they will say you need thousands of dollars of work then ask for a large down payment to make an appointment. They will then bill your insurance company for your "free" visit regardless if you go back or not. If you decide to go to a reputable dentist you will have to pay for that visit out of pocket because the scammers have already gotten the money from you insurance. This place should be shut down!

Staff was very very friendly and helpful only thing I didnt like was the finance situation having to make a down payment is a large lump sum I wish they have it where you can set up payment plans and proceed with your operation on your mouth thats the only thing I didnt like about it other than that the staff was great the doctors was great I feel not putting zero down on your payment if you have been at your job after 5 years that mean you should be allowed to have some type of leniency toward the finance situation other than that everything else was great

Im a college student, and that pretty much means low budget. When I found out all of the things I had to get done to get me to smile proudly again. I was in shock, it got worse when I found out the price! Levi the office manjor for that day 9/4/14, really helped me out. He spoke to me in terms I would understand, as well as helping me find the best finacal service I could receive with out going over my budget. I felt so releived at the new price range he came up with and saved me alot of stress and worry. Thanks again Levi!

I hate dentists. Who doesnt? But these guys arent so bad. I hope I never have to go to a dentist again, but lets face it... I probly will. I had to wait in the waiting room longer than I like, but they told me as soon as I arrived that they were running behind, so at least I knew what to expect. Dr Thompson got my tooth out faster than I thought he would and sent me on my way. I still hate dentists, but Ill go to Aspen again next time I need one.
