I went here back in September (its may) all of my fillings I got done there fell out. So I call and make appointments to fix them. One, one week and the next the following week. Now Im getting married in 24 days and I rly need these fillings fixed that they messed up in the first place. They called me this moring for confirmation around 7am. Im at work at this time and couldnt get to my phone. They called back a little after 11am, left a message stating they had cancelled my apt for tomorrow because I didnt call them back before 11am. The lady said on the phone that someone should have called me a few days ago to confirm my apt, but no one did. They wouldnt give me my apt back, said they already gave it away to someone else. So I had to make a new apt and take time off work to fix there mess up back in September. After this I will never go back. They r rude and dont care about ur teeth at all. They always seem like there in a hurry to get u out of there chair. I would not recommend that anyone go to this location. If it had an option to give 0 stars thats what I would have chosen l, they dont even deserve 1 star.

I was in last week to have a tooth pulled. Thankfully, because the staff was so thorough they were able to identify another "suspicious" tooth that needed to go. They also identified several other things that needed corrected and worked with me to schedule it on my time AND so I could afford it. I cant say enough nice things about everyone I encountered from Jaclyn, to Echo, to Brittany, to Nick, to Dr. Marcia, and even the corporate clinicial director who stopped by to chat. I was blown away at the level of service and the quality of the facility. Ive gotta go back tomorrow for what I fear is a dry socket and then more fillings on Saturday and Im ACTUALLY LOOKING FORWARD to going! Thats a BIG deal for me! Thank you and please recognize these fine folks for their exceptional work.

I got a same day appointment to have an infected tooth extracted. I had chipped it in half a few weeks and couldnt afford the 600 dollars my normal dentist wanted. I came in with super high blood pressure ( pain and panic ). Instead of sending me away the dentist had me relax do some deep breathing and waited for it to lower. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable and cared for. Nic worked with me too make sure I could afford to get the help I needed. I did have to wait a while but I was regularly checked on and they where extremely busy. Im very grateful they saw me on such short notice. I have little to no pain now and will definitely be making all future appointments here. They do great work with professional and compassionate care!!!

Not everyone is made to be a dentist whether they completed schooling or not but immediadent is definitely one one the best places Ive been in fact it is the absolute best place Ive been from the kind and informed front desk to the gentle and humorous dentist Im sorry I forgot her name but its the black woman she has a motherly aura and I love it I have really bad dental anxiety and needed a lot of work done and she was understanding and made sure I was comfortable and in the least pain AND THEY DONT MAKE YOU FEEL WORST ABOUT HAVING BAD DENTAL CARE I honestly hesitated to write this review because I didnt want to many people to go so it doesnt become busy but I absolutely love this place and would recommend to ANYONE

The only bad thing I can say about my experience Is that you will wait a long time. Im patient. It was totally worth it. The front desk people were so nice the dental assistants were nice the dr was nice the xray tech was nice. I mean I could really go on and on about how lovely they all were. They accepted my insurance they are even tryin to work with my insurance to help me get a crown I can afford. Above and beyond Service. Also saved me 4k as well. Went to one dentist and they said I had over10 cavities and I needed a ton of root canals. He showed me my xrays and said uh no. You have one cavity.. So super honest.super awesome will def be going back. Like I said just make sure you have some extra time :)

This place is an unorganized joke. Within the past year I have had 4 appointments. Every single time my appointment date shows up the "doctor is not in today". The worst part is they dont even bother to call and tell you they just let you show up and find out for yourself. So I have been waiting for a year and everytime I reschedule its another 3 month wait and then I dont even get worked on. Never been more fed up with a dental care. Doctor should be more professional and give a heads up instead of wasting my time. I took off work every single time for this and was left hanging all 4 times. Unfair and unreliable. I suggest the Colerain location.

Ive never been to a better dentist or better dental office in my life! This place and these people are amazing! Im moving back to Kentucky and will still come to this location for all of my dental care. Dr. Marcia is amazing, straight forward and compassionate. They get you back on track with a plan for dental care in a manner you can afford and that works with your schedule. I cant say enough good things about them. Up writing this review at 2am because my tooth is hurting out of the blue. Im going there as soon as they open. Thank the universe for this place!

Ive never been to a place that cancels your appt automatically if you dont verbally confirm it a day in advance. Not even playing these games, Im getting dental work somewhere else that is serious about their patients health. How do i go from having an appt a month in advance to not having one the day before? And i showed up not knowing it was cancelled... The best they can do is reschedule? Forget it. By these reviews, sounds like im not the only one with this experience.

I work at the McDonalds next door and the first time that I went in to see the dentist she pulled my wisdom teeth. She will give it to you straight if youre not taking care of your teeth will tell you why and let you know but of course you already know that but she is a honest caring fabulous dentist cant say much more about her than she is a phenomenal dentist and the best out here.

This place is great! I was so relieved to be able to get in and have a problem tooth taken out. Everything in the office is clean and modern. My hygienist (I wish Id gotten her name) was professional, efficient and nice as can be. The dentist, Dr Franz, was great. He listened to my concerns, made sure I was comfortable and quickly got my problem tooth out. I highly recommend!

The dentist in there whoever she is was very rude and very unprofessional with my daughter because she was "scared" to be there..I will be contacting the BBB asap! Your in the Healthcare field..You are SUPPOSE to show compassion not get up in my daughters ear and cuss at her and tell her she sounds stupid! I pray you lose your license over this!
