IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR NO STARS I WOULD HIT IT!!!!!!DO NOT DO NOT I REAPEAT DO NOT EVEEERRR GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR CHILDREN!!!I ORGINALLY HAD AN APP WITH THEM AND THE CALLED ME A DAY BEFORE THE APP TO RESCHEDULE SAYING THIER DENTIST WILL BE OUT OF THE OFFICE?! YOU ONLY HAVE 1 DENTIST AND YOU GIVE ME 1 DAY NOTICE?!!SO I RESCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT WEEK TAKE AN ENTIRE DAY OFF WORK AND COME TO FIND OUT NO ONE EVER SCHEDULED ME FOR A NEW APP!!!!!I CALLED TO TELL THEM I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION CALL AND SARAH SAID YOU DONT HAVE AN APP BUT I CAN COME IN.I SAID WELL IM GLAD I CALLED...SHE SAID MMM AND HUNG UP ON ME.I CALLED BACK AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF THE MANAGER SUSANANA SHE TOLD ME OF I CAME IN 30 MIN EARLY THEY WOULD COMPLETE EVERY THING TODAY+I GET THERE THE HAVE 20 DIFF PEOPLE TELLING ME DIFFERENT THINGS I SIT IN THERE FOR 2 WHOLE HOURS AND THE FLOSSED THE BOTTEM TWO TEETH AND THE 2 TOP TEETH AND BRUSHED A LITTLE AND ALSO DID NOT APPLY THE VITAMS TO EITHER ONE OF MY CHILDRENS MOUTH!!! BUT IT SURE AS HELL WAS ON THE BILL THAT THEY DID!I SAT IN THERE FOR 2 WHOLE HOURS AND NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED!!!!!!!!THIS IS THE MOST IN ORGANIZED UNPROFESSIONAL SLOWEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!THEY ARE A SCAM THEY HAVE DIFF PEOPLE TELLING YOU DIFFERENT THINGS AND THEN YOU NEVER SEE THAT PERSON AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never take my child her for ortho if you can afford to go somewhere else then take him they over charge and dont do the work we are moving so I asked to be only charged for what we have completed on my sons mouth(nothing ) not to charge his insurance so I could use it else where they charged it anyway and told me that I still owe them money Im beyond pissed!! Dont trust the company tried to talk to someone in management and they refuse to call me back! Well today I had to come out my pocket with 300 more dollars just for a manager to talk to me and them to see my child so I made them take his braces off they told him that they couldnt put the top braces on bc he had too much plaque on his teeth to put the top ones on!!!!!! I will never deal with this company again in life my son said that they where telling him his mouth was nasty and he had poor brushing habits(I really dont know all that was said bc they dont let you in the back with your child)i went to another dentist and he didnt say nothing of the sort the guy just didnt want to work on my childs mouth very unprofessional do not take your child here*********

Absolutly adore this office! First, let me tell you about my little one... petrified of any doctor or dentist office. It is a dreaded trip EVERY time I go. This trip started out no different, crying and battling to even get the shoes on my daughter as she had to come back to fix her cavities. Wait time was a little long, not terrible. She was called back by an assistant by the name of Shannon. I explained to her that my daughter was scared and nervous. Shannon reassured me and my daughter. So, my daughter walked back red faced and scared to death. Later I hear a laugh and" lets tell mommy I did it" close by knowing it was my daughters voice. Shannon is amazing. She somehow managed to make my daughter love the dentist. She was so sweet and took the time to go over everything with me. She never stops smiling! My daughter and her are "best friends now!" Not sure if was the singing party, princess hair, or flying bellybutton that did the trick, but my daughter had a blast! The wait time is long, but for the quality of work and the effort put in to your child makes it all worth it! Thanks Shannon!

Horrible! I came here to get a tooth pulled and upon entering, the place looked like a construction zone. Trim is ripped off around the base of the walls all throughout the facility. When I was FINALLY taken back to a room for the exam, I looked over at the dental assistant, and about 2 inches from his foot on the floor was somebodys tooth! Due to my pain and budget confinement, I had no choice but to go through with the extraction. I was there from 8am to closing @5-5:30pm. I am now back to see the dentist because Im having issues from the extraction, and Ive been sitting here for almost 3 hours waiting to be called back. Both receptionist could care less as I sit here in pain waiting for the dentist to fix his mistake. Both visits I had an appointment; both times was there appointment issues (where they told me an appointment time & changed it), and both times I am having to be worked into their busy schedule. Ill never come back after I leave here today.

I havent had a great experience with this office. First visit, waited almost two hours and had to leave so I could pick up my kids from school on time. Second visit, I had the most horrendous experience when the dentist tried to numb me. He couldnt, after what seems like a dozen attempts. Fairly certain he hit the muscle of my jaw and I was in the most excruciating pain for the rest of the day. I couldnt open my mouth half an inch or speak properly, and thats without having any work done. I was finally able to have the extraction of my wisdom teeth, but not before the dentist stabbed my bottom lip (trying to numb my upper gums....). On this visit as well, the staff was very unprofessional. Although, there is a great dental assistant, Blake, who was able to help me get through it all. I wish I could give more stars, but it would be deceptive. Not a great place for adults in my honest opinion.

I have been going to them for over a year now. The ortho side is awesome, besides the dr who isnt to friendly. But the ones who do the cleanings arent all great. The people who do cleanings are always changing because they cant ever keep help, I guess. And I have been here a time or two and had to wait way entirely to long. If not for the sweet ortho staff I would have already left. After I get my braces off in about 5 more months I will be looking for somewhere else for me and my son to go. They are supposed to be a childs dentist mostly but they have nothing for kids to play with besides a broken console and they have movies playing, thats it though. They need more toys to keep kids entertained. Im not sure of the billing ladies name but she is so friendly and just always real helpful. Thank you to the few good ones at a Smile 4 you.

My son went to the cartersville location for a regular dental check up and when he left he saw another little kid leaving with a nice gift bag with dental supplies and he was only given a plastic pouch with a tooth brush. We asked why he couldnt have the nice package and we were told because of his type of insurance which is Medicaid. I work in Pediatrics and I cannot imaging the doctor I work for treating her Medicaid patients any different than private insured patients. This is extremely unprofessional and rude. The insurance company does not provide those gift bags the office does so for them to discriminate due to his insurance and to say it right in front of me as if he is less important than the other patients is terrible.
