I have been a patient at the office prior to Dr. Watson taking over. I went for a long-overdue checkup and cleaning this week, which was my first visit with Dr. Watson. I was extremely impressed. Her genuine care for the health and COMFORT of her patients is well apparent. First, there was an informal meeting in her office to discuss dental history, and any specific requests or concerns. (I have always been anxious of the pain during cleanings and checkup). During the checkup and cleaning, she asked many times regarding my comfort. It was the most painless trip to the dentist that I have ever experienced. The visit to Dr. Watsons office was actually enjoyable.....I have never ever had this thought. I will be coming back for years to come, highly recommended!

My family have been patients of Hebron Family Dentistry since before Dr. Watson took over the practice. Since Dr. Watson took over the practice my children & I have been very impressed with the care we have received there. Dr. Watson and her staff are very much aware of their patients level of comfort while in the dental chair & they strive to keep their patients comfortable and unstressed. Their care to children is to be praised, my daughter has anxiety when it comes to dental office visits and she walks out with a smile on her face and laughing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dental office to anyone looking for a dental practice.

Not everyone is born with a silver spoon in their mouth. When i arrived at the Dentist and was taken back for prep The Dentist Valerie Watson persisted to ask me if i was taking (Meth) Hmmm if that is not Profiling. After several hours in the chair and a couple root canals later and a buildup, i was told that i will be in pain for a couple days to take some aspirin. I would not recommend her to anyone. Not to mention the numerous times i was poked with the tools.Just for the record i have never touched a drug in my life unless it was perscribed.

NEW DENTIST OFFICE-IMPRESSED-We recently changed dentists for our entire family of 5. We were impressed by Dr. Watson and staff. They were knowledgeable, had state-of-art technology, and most important made my family feel welcome and at ease which is tough to do with young children. I have/and will HIGHLY recommend Hebron Family Dentistry to anyone. Thanks Dr. Watson and team for the great experience. (love the massage chairs:))

I started going to Dr Watson last year as a new patient. I was terribly anxious and nervous and had put off going for over a couple years. I was quite surprised with the time they take with you to make you feel at ease. I have NEVER been good with ex-rays, but it wasnt bad at all. I just recently had another cleaning visit and I was calm and not anxious. I am very happy with Dr Watson and her entire staff, they are wonderful.

I require a lot of work due to some bad experiences in the past and having avoided any dentist for about a decade. Dr Watson and her staff make me feel so comfortable! From the moment I walked in, I loved it. Office space awesome. Receptionist, Warren very professional. Michelle in billing was concerned for the patient and helpful with every part of insurance benefits. Dr. Watson is extremely knowledge. Her and her team work together like a fine oiled machine. Its like the Dental assistant, Robin anticipates every step in advance. The care is so refreshing. 5 Stars for me.

After my first visit, I was disappointed with the dentists bedside manner. She was curt, direct (which can come across as rude) and in my opinion, not empathetic. This may not be a problem for some, but is definitely an issue for me and for my kids. I knew within minutes of leaving the office, she was not going to work for us. Looking forward to finding someone with a warmer demeanour.

Dr. Watson and her staff are great! I wasnt yet established with her, but needed a dentist quickly after moving into the area and developing a problem. They worked me in quickly and she took plenty of time to explain the issues and options to me, as well as following up with me after subsequent appointments with other specialists. Great people.

I have had to be seen for emergency dental work (a crown, which they were able to do the same day in the office) and they worked me in quickly. They were also wonderful with my 10 year old son.
