I love Aspen Vet Clinic. I had taken my dog to a different vet in Flagstaff for a year, and I thought they were fine but I was always faced with long wait times, appointments needed to be booked at least a week in advance (never good if your pet is very suddenly sick), and their business was so large that every time I went in the waiting room, it was hectic and my dog got stressed. When I moved to Doney Park, Aspen Vet Clinic was closer so I figured Id give them a try. Im so glad I did- the atmosphere is a hometown vet clinic, not a large commercial building with tons of animals in and out. They remember me and my dog every time, which I appreciate. They are open on Sundays and have flexible hours, which works wonderfully with my work schedule. The front staff is extremely caring, friendly, and compassionate. Every doctor I have met with has taken so much care with us. Aspen Vet Clinic truly understands the importance of compassionate pet care. Thank you!

I recently had an emergency poison problem with my lovable pups. I contacted my normal vet clinic (one of the largest in town who I shall not name) and they couldnt answer any questions and proved to be extremely unhelpful. Being a life or death situation, I was very disappointed. I contacted Aspen Veterinary and explained my situation to them. They were so caring and helpful! They made it a priority and had the antidote ready within 20 minutes for me to pick up. This probably saved my dogs life. Aspen is the only place I will trust with my dogs from now on. Thank you guys so much.

My chihuahua Valentine is loved by every staff member at Aspen Vet. Every time we have an appointment he is greeted as if he were a part of their family. At every visit we are told that he is their favorite chihuahua and that they all love him! We always get the best of care from the staff and we will continue to get care for my boy for a long long time. They also offer laser treatments that help with pain, my boy had some treatments post patella surgery and it really helped him to recover faster. Also they get to wear cute protective goggles during laser treatments.

Professional caring vet and staff at this clinic. After horrible experiences at 2 other Flagstaff clinics, I finally do not have to drive to Mesa when I need vet care for my dogs in Flagstaff. I totally trust Dr. Conley with the care of my dogs. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff is professional, team oriented, and concerned about the clients. So happy to have Dr. Conley care for my precious dogs.

I used to live in Flagstaff Arizona and I took all of my 3 dogs, whom I had at that time for their visits to this clinic. I LOVED the staff. Everybody was very caring and truly concerned about my dogs. They also worked with me on payment plans, when needed. I only have the BEST to say about Dr Westover and his staff.

Dr. Hisrich is amazing with my horses, and I highly recommend her. My quarter horse has been her patient since he was one day old, and she always provides the best care for every milestone. She is very compassionate, knowledgable, and my boy enjoys all the love and attention he gets from Dr. Hisrich.

We had emergency early Sunday morning, got in touch with Doc and rushed her in. They took excellent care of dog, checked in on her every half hour even though they were crazy busy. Felt like family taking care of our girl. We definitely made a good choice in Aspen for our four dogs.

Dr. Ryan is the only vet Ive seen here and I love taking my animals to him. He has such a way with my dogs, even the one who doesnt like new people loves him. He has a way of explaining things in plain terms and in a very caring manner. I highly recommend him and this office.

when I went in to take my dog, at the time was having seizure. they told me they would not do anything to help her if we didnt put down a down payment, but in a rude tone of voice. I was in shock and will never go back again.
