Note that all the other staff was friendly Im assuming this lady was the vet (older woman) didnt get a name because my husband was the one that brought our dog in but I am big on customer service SERVICE not unneeded rude advice. This was our first time taking our dog to the vet and she was nervous and barked/growled (she is a very sweet dog wouldnt hurt a fly) really didnt appreciate the way this woman spoke to my husband saying that my husband comforting our dog was "congratulating her on being aggressive" my dog was nervous and had a muzzle on wasnt going to harm anybody but she expressed her opinion in a very rude manner and then told us to get our dog a choker...yeah no thanks. Will never come back to this place, if you cannot be friendly to customers and keep your rude opinions to yourself maybe get a desk job where you dont need to talk to customers....very rude. Only good thing was it was very affordable But Id rather go elsewhere, my husband didnt deserve to get spoken to that way.

TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE! My puppy was in the care of this office and a week ago was being seen for shots. While in the exam room he stepped in poop.... The rooms are not cleaned between each visit. I told the vet tech and was so upset. One week later my puppy is deathly ill with Parvovirus. Might I also add that he hasnt gone anywhere else because he is a puppy! I took him to another vet office and he is being treated at a huge expense. When I called to talk to the vet I was told "I am sorry your dog got Parvo, I had no idea, this is the first I am hearing of it" So that makes it better. I am paying $4000 in hopes my dog makes it through for their mistake. The vet was more worried about bantering with me about his shots that were needed next! Dont waist your time or money on this place unless you want cheap care and cheap service that could potentially take your dogs life. Worst Vet office in AZ. If I could give a negative number I would.

0 complaints here. I would and do. We treat our 4 legged kids like our 2 legged kids. They are kind and have been extremely helpful. Other places may be slightly less expensive but we are happy with this choice. I recommend taking advantage of Sun Valley Hope and services offered. Only 1 other clinic would accommodate our needs. Our little girl was not liking cone with confinement and 1 call and was accommodated. Easy 5

This hospital offers excellent and affordable venternary care. The staff are organized and friendly and really go above to give each animal the care they need. At prices that are affordable for those that really need a bit of a break on costs!

I love this vet office!! Never have I been to a vet office more friendly, with reasonable costs, very thorough and patient. I will be bringing all of my dogs there as necessary and I have four total!!
