Clean place nice front desk people. We went to this vet because they were recommended by some friends. We have an English bulldog that had some issues lifting his tail to properly use the bathroom. We decided to go to this vet since they have done my friends bulldog in the past. We needed our dogs tail amputated properly, since it was not done correctly by the previous owners. The vet made it sound more a cosmetic thing and to exercise the tail and well just have to live with cleaning and wiping our bulldogs butt for the rest of his life. We continued to tell them we needed to get it done, they quoted us a ridiculous amount (Low end $1600 high end with neuter $2400). When this procedure for amputating his tail only cost between $700-$1000. The vet could not state what the risk factors were. We decided to have another vet look at it and we were told that his tail did need to be amputated and that it is a normal procedure especially with the English Bulldog breeds. If Fletcher heights did not want to do the procedure, then just say so. Dont quote a high amount so we wouldnt want to do it. I am grateful for the other vet that took care of our baby boy. No more issues pooping or wiping his butt!

I had an unforeseen accident with my baby "Jack", not sure what the problem was with his leg, I called Fletcher Heights Animal Hospital and they were absolutely wonderful in working me in within fifteen minutes of my phone call. Upon my arrival, they got me right in and were extremely sympathetic about my dog. They did a complete exam and went over treatment options for my dog with out being pushy and over charging for services. It is quite refreshing going into a facility like this and being treated the way I was. I would definitely recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone in the area and trust me this will be the place I start taking ALL my pets to. Thanks again to the Vet-Doctor, technician and front office who took such good care of my baby Jack and myself, you guys are AWESOME!

My dog hurt his leg on a Saturday night and I was looking for a place to bring him in for X rays on a Sunday. I wasnt expecting to get much but maybe a big bill and maybe an answer on if my dog was ok. Called at 8:30am and was in by 10:30. The staff could not of been nicer and more caring towards animals. They brought us back explained what they wanted to do and showed us what it would cost. They are very reasonable and do not charge any extra for a Sunday visit. I have a regular Vet I have always brought my dogs to but where closed on Sunday. Fletcher Heights is an incredible office and would recommended to anyone. I just might be switching Vets I was so impressed. One Happy Customer

My Beagle got very sick and lethargic. I called fletcher highs animal vet. They told me to bring him right in. When I got there the staff put me in a room right away and the doctor that treated my beagle was Chris Schneider. Chris took super great care of my beagle. Chris went over everything and saw that I was so concerned about my best friend. Chris made me feel a little better. The doctor Chris and his staff were amazing. The did lab work on my beagle sent me home with meds. But most of all Chris Schneider called me for three days in a row to make sure my beagle was doing ok. That made feel good. I am happy to say Chris and his staff my Beagle thanks you and I thank you.

Sadly had to say goodbye to a cat who started her life as a little stray kitten dumped in our neighborhood that no one wanted, but exited as a most beloved member of our family. The professionalism of Dr. Ketcham & his entire staff thru this whole process was incredible... & most appreciated. As I held her in my arms while she passed, she left the world truly knowing she was loved; much different than the way she entered. With all the happiness she gave my family during her 8 1/2 years with us... thank-you to Fletcher Heights Animal Hospital for allowing me to give her that gift.
