Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful office, fantastic, high quality designer frames. The doctor was very clear in telling me everything I needed to know about my eyes. Cons: Pushy "sales" tactics -- there was an optional "optomap" part of the exam which was fairly expensive which I declined, and they were very pushy in trying to get me to change my mind. The biggest issue for me though was the lack of cheap frames. Im a simple guy, I dont need $700 frames. I tried on a few and looked for some affordable options, but I couldnt find anything that worked. The guy took my measurements down in case I wanted to order them later. I decided to buy my frames at a more affordable store online, but I noticed my prescription was lacking my PD measurement (which that gentleman took, so I know they had it), and they refused to give it to me. They refused to give me the measurement, and made me feel judged for not splurging on expensive designer frames. Eventually they gave me the machine estimated PD (which was accurate), but at that point the damage had been done -- why not just provide it to begin with?! If youre a very stylish person who values fancy designer frames and is willing to shell out some big time dough, youll probably love this place. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful, and the selection of products was really dope. However, if youre like me and just want some cheapo frames that arent stylish but get the job done, Id recommend going somewhere else that will be more cooperative and less smug.

Dr. Nguyen is so smart and awesome! She took her time with me and didnt cut any corners, while staying on time with her appointments. Her office is brand new and beautiful. The assistant girl (sorry I dont know your name) was so sweet and personable. The glasses fixer lady was also SO cool and nice; I watched a bitter mean lady with two loud kids tear her apart for 10 minutes for something that was nobodys fault but her own... She maintained her cool and handled it really well. They are a little bit pricier than say, Walmart, but that is definitely for apparent reasons. Will be back!

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for my annual checkup for at least 4 years. I always have the best experience with her and her staffs. She is very knowledgable, professional, and friendly. I was happy that she now carries glasses at the new location. The office is clean with beautiful decorations. Her staffs helped me pick out frames that would look nice with my face structure this past September. Overall, I am very happy with the services that I receive from Dr. Nguyen and her staffs. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs eyecares.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are top notch. I usually dread going to doctors of any kind but the staff at perception eye care are attentive, personable and really enjoyable to talk to. A little over a week ago I made an appointment to renew my lens prescription and the process was fairly quick. Dr. Ngyuen really added a personal touch when helping select frames. Gave her a vague description of what I wanted (rectangular glasses lol) and she chose a pair that were perfect. Perception eye care really knocked it out the park.

Best eye doctor experience ever. The office is very professional but also "homey" at the same time. The staff is also very professional and it shows that everyone cares about the practice. Dr. Nguyen took her time explaining different aspects of the exam as well as answered all of my questions. My prescription is very low and she didnt push me to get glasses/contacts from her practice. I will definitely stay with her as long as possible!

Ive been going to Dr Nguyen for a few years. She and her entire staff are wonderful. Their new location is beautiful, like an Apple Store for your glasses and contacts. I picked up new frames on my last trip in and it was a luxurious experience. They make you feel valued. And all that said, they also work to make sure that their prices are in line with other places and to give you a range of options.

Instant, friendly, top notch service in a clean, well maintained facility. I appreciate the quality equipment and comprehensive exam. Wiping down the chin and forehead guard with alcohol in my presence was a bonus and very appreciated. Macular degeneration runs in my family, and the retinal imaging (optomap) reassured me greatly. I will be back to see Dr Nguyen when due for my next exam!

I loved my experience. I was a patient when Dr. Nguyen had her practice at Target. She definitely had an upgrade in her current location. People were friendly and courteous, I selected my frames in less than 5 minutes and I was in and out. I saw an associate Dr. this time, but the quality did not waiver.

Have gotten excellent eye exams for myself (twice) and for both of my teenagers. Dr Nguyen is very good at her job and works hard to accommodate unique eye problems. She takes our vision insurance, and we have been very satisfied with the 3 pairs of glasses we have purchased there.
