Dr. Hembree is one of the best optometrists in the Dallas area. My family have been his patients since his office was in Town East mall. Hes very detailed and thorough during the exams and actually takes that time to listen and discuss your needs and concerns. Something that is very hard to find nowadays. His staff are also super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if youre looking to get your eyes checked for glasses or contacts

Crappiest place ive ever been...they did a bait and switch on us too...said exam would only be $10 with my insurance and took advantage of my 18 year old daughter and charged her for a contact fitting without letting us know. Avoid Alma, Erika the office manager and also the Dr. This office is a pure scam taking peoples money. I will never come back to this shady establishment.

The staff and doctor were very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly. One of the employees, Nhi, was exceptionally helpful in making sure all my questions were answered and got back to me quickly if I called in for a question.
