This is by far the WORST service and experience Ive had with any type of doctors office. First off, from the first visit Dr. Fain wanted to put my daughter into contacts at age 9 when shes never even had glasses before due to she just developed MYOPIA.While saying contacts in front of a 9 year gets them very excited. I repeatedly DECLINED... He went ahead and ordered her glasses. So for this years (2014) visit, He INSISTS its time for contacts due to she plays sports, while even though she played sports last year with her GLASSES. So after the first visit and having her trial pair of contacts in we are supposed to wait 2 weeks wait time for her contacts to arrive. I call after 3 weeks of not hearing from any one at the office to be told, we have to have a follow-up visit to before we would be able to get her year supply. Well this is an inconvience, NO one told me NOR scheduled a follow-up visit if it was needed when I was in the office. I then have to visit on a Saturday, in order not to take addl time off work just to wait almost 2 hours for a 15min visit. We then discover the shes had the trial pair of contacts in too long and they are hurting her eyes, we go thru 2 more pair of different contacts to see if they will work.. In the end no luck my daughters eyes always hurt within 2wks. At this point we are sticking with her glasses... NOW at the office, we have the staff trying to charge us for new frames and trying to update her glasses costing almost the amount of the payment weve already issued for the contacts we chose.. FUNNY.... NO thank you!! Where in the world does contacts cost $307 first of all, but the jokes on us because we did pay that amount initially. NOW that we require a credit... There are contact exam costs, and all sort of other charges incurred in order not to provide us with our credit due. PLEASE STAY away from this place.. All they want is to charge your insurance and overcharge you for frames and lenses. THEY do not care about your EYES. Not one time ( out of 3 times) did these people ask if we ( the parents) want to continue with the contacts or if we had concerns about how how daughters eyes would be affected with all the lenses changes. NO they DIDNT CARE.. There were only concerns with taking our funds and shoving our daughter out of the door in whatever type of lenses we would accept despite the pain. This facility is nice but I see why, they take care of their facility and not the patient.... BE WARE.. protect yourself and your children!!!!!!

i ordered the glasses Feb 9th. March 1st I called & asked had they come in yet. Oh yeah, they came in. I guess if I hadnt called, Id be waiting no telling how long for someone to let me know....
