-I go in with a nasty sore throat, Dr Cha tells me I have strep, prescribes antibiotics. Im out cold in bed for a week, hardly noticing the time go by. Turns out I was in the beginning stages of mono - found that out from another provider who prescribed penicillin. -Getting anything done (with prescriptions, paperwork, etc.) is a 72 hour-minimum endeavor - except for taking appointments! They love taking appointments. -I needed a prescription for Prozac, I received a call telling me my prostate medication was ready. I was 28 years old, my prostate was fine. I received giggles when I informed the caller about that. -Understaffed behind the desk, on the phone. -I never had a pleasant experience, except for the nurse practitioner who was appalled when I vented to her about my experiences. I hope she finds a better place to work. -If no stars were an option, I would select it.

Dr. Horne was the worst Doctor I have encountered. Im a 33 yr. old male who was there for a follow-up appt. after an ER visit. I was grateful to get in the next day, however he came in and said "So why are we here today?" I began to tell him that I was to get a CT exam and some additional blood work done that the ER doctor told me to do. I was so disappointing that he never touched me at all. Never checked my BP, my heart, NOTHING! This was so outrageous to me that I felt so isolated, like I didnt matter as a patient. Totally unacceptable bedside manners and should NOT be practicing medicine. I have to be honest, this is the first time I have ever posted a review and Im not one normally to complain. I know some of us have our bad days and want to go home early etc... but were talking about a Doctor here! Please watch out!

Husband and I are both patients. Will not return. Had testing done (important testing), called the office several times in the course of a day to be told that the results were there, but couldnt be shared until the doctor reviewed them. Was told the doctor would call at the end of the day. Wait for hours, called back, Implored them for results, still no dice. Never got a call back. These people truly dont give a crap. Its quite disappointing. If this practice ever treated patients with any respect, I havent seen it. Would never recommend.

Dr. Horne has been my doctor forever and he is great, which is why they got four stars..as for rest of the staff, generally speaking they are rude and extremely inefficient..which is why they got a 4 and not 5 stars..would recommend Dr. Horne any day
