I had the worst experience of my life. Everybody is terrible. The front desk people are disrespectful and unprofessional. They do everything wrong and the office manager stands by their mistake. What makes the office manager so unprofessional is that she defends everything upfront with out any knowledge of the issue and she stands by it even after she found out the truth, because she dont want to be caught making a mistake. If you have a complaint or a concern, you will be faced with a team of colleagues who support each other no matter what and you are helpless. The Doctors always find a way to reap you off. They dont listen to you. They make a decision for you without consulting you. In that office you are a piece of garbage. Nobody cares about you. I dont recommend this to any one.

It is a great pleasure to go to Silver Spring Medical Center. Receptionists are always helpful. There is almost no waiting, Dr. Melmed and Rehabilitation staff are always ready and kindly and help with pain. Anyone experiencing discomfort or in need of rehabilitation exercises will find they are well equipped. There is no other place that has such good service. There is also convenient parking right outside the medical center. Dr. Melmed always takes time to listen and respond to whatever a patient needs. I am highly satisfied with the service at the Silver Spring Medical Center. I would recommend this center to anyone in need of physical diagnosis and rehabilitation processes. Gilda Haber, PhD

A couple of years ago, I was referred to Silver Spring Medical Center (SSMC) for physical therapy due to sciatica pain. This was after being treated in many different ways, but I had finally (after a half year) gotten the pain under control enough to attempt physical therapy for the third time, with a third provider. The therapy I received at SSMC really helped greatly. I have been off therapy and pain medicine for a couple of years. SSMC gave me some stretching exercises that I should do more often, but they are helpful when I am feeling stiff or in pain. So far, so good. I was on the edge of signing up for surgery when I went there, and now I am no longer considering it, thanks to SSMC.

This is a review of their phone computer system. I think that one star is being over generous. 1) Bear in mind that it incurs a cost to make a telephone call. a) the phone charges, b) patient cost while waiting. No deep survey, but on two occasions I have waited 15 minutes before giving up. I think that it is a disgrace that an organisation in this century refuses to be contacted by email. To add insult to injury while waiting for 15 minutes there is a mixture of jingle and a reminder every 5 seconds of what you do not do! accept prescriptions by phone; instead of telling what you do, which is to perform a magnificent service.

I started with them at the beginning of October - it is mid November and I am 30 pounds lighter. Their professional demeanor and encouragement have made this an easy and exciting journey towards my optimum weight and good health. It is not easy after 50 to lose weight. After trying every Dr. Oz gimmick, shakes and soup diets, this is real and immediate. I could not be happier. The staff - all of them - are professional , customer-service oriented and encouraging. I see them weekly, so I have had a lot of time to evaluate their skills.

I strained a back muscle yesterday morning and was sitting in a meeting wincing in pain. My employer suggested I give a call to Silver Spring Medical Center. Hed sought treatment there and was very satisfied. The doctors were able to fit me in and helped alleviate the pain so that I could return to the office and work the rest of the day. I even got a follow up email last night inquiring how I was doing. Im going away next week and am so happy that Ill be able to enjoy my vacation without pain.

Drs. Green and Melmed have changed my life. My pain is gone and I am down 40 lbs. They have a no nonsense, tactical solution to therapy and health. Check them out. When you are in a demanding situation, you fall back on your training. They will give you training that you can rely on!
