I had previously come in with an appointment for a blood draw. I was told TWO weeks later, that they had a transportation mishap, and could I please go back again to give another blood sample. I took time off my work day as I was in the area, and stopped at 3 pm. I explained what I was told, and I didnt have an appointment. There were two people ahead of me in line with appointments, both at 3. Neither were seen promptly, and the technician was very chatty with both clients, taking upward of 20 mins for a simple draw. Also, there was only 1 technician with reasonable customer traffic. It is now approaching 45 mins, and I have still not been seen! I think this kind of tardiness is inexcusable! I will never come here again!

The Quest was the worst and most painful (physically). The staffs were rude, careless and unprofessional. The worst part was my arm was bruised (dark purple half of my arm) for 3 weeks. I ended up going to a doctor to figure out what happened and they told me that it was due to the person who did the blood draw popped the veins many times and caused the blood to leak in my arm. I wont go back.

This place is under staffed and incompetent to do lab work. I still have a big bruise, the size of a quarter, on my arm after 2 weeks for a simple blood test there . Also the place is quite disorganized with staff giving conflicting directions...Tried to contact QD to raise my concerns but did not heard back. Stay away from this place...

Im not sure why the reviews are so low. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment because I had forgotten my paperwork and had to go back home to get it. I signed in as soon as I arrived and taken immediately by Enoch who performed my lab work. I am not a fan of needles at all but this was quick and absolutely painless. I highly recommend.

Came here 30 mins before appointment time and still waited to be called. Worst customer service. They definitely need to hire some competent customer service staff. The lady was very rude to me and showed a paper that there is always a 15 min wait time and when I said I came 30 min ahead she turned around and didnt even speak with me.

They lost my three tubes of saliva, drawn for three nights at midnight, and mysteriously the order had vanished from the computer, even tho Id seen them input it. The specimens all just vanished. Tests will have to be redone (by another lab), and Ill go thru another 7-10 days of anxious waiting for results).

Do not get your blood drawn by Ms. Alice. I had a huge bruise on my arm for a week after she did it. Another time, (with the same lady) there was bleeding while she was drawing blood (never happened before) and left a visible mark for days.

I take my 87 year old mom here once a month for lab draws and the people could not be nicer!! The phlebotomists do an excellent job and the front desk staff are always nice and welcoming!

Had an employment drug screening. Went in the afternoon, they were very friendly and efficient. Took me right back to answer questions, did the test and was out in less than 20 min.
