ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. There may be one or two nice people on staff, but I wouldnt test my luck to see whether any of them happen to be working when I need medical attention in the future. Ive visited on a few occasions in the past, and have always received horrible customer service. It appears to be a trend throughout the company. For example, one doctor I visited spent at least half an hour lecturing me about completely unrelated medical issues -- talking down to me about the risks and fatalities involved with the flu, etc. It was as if she was showing off her medical expertise (?) and came after a 2-hour wait -- apparently she spends a great deal of time talking _at_ patients, rather than treating them. I also visited for injuries after a car accident, and the billing department processed everything incorrectly. Rather than billing my auto insurance (using the information I provided during my visit), they billed me personally for hundreds of dollars...until they located my health insurance information on file, and then billed them to get their money. Their claim is that no one else paid the extra charge to release my records even though it should have been automatic, given the circumstance. I had made a second request for my records to be released to the at-fault drivers insurance company, and until I called to follow up (8 months later), they never realized that they had actually been paid for those records -- but never sent them out. Im still fighting to have my claim resolved. I just contacted my health insurance to have them subrogate the money paid. Apparently with a greedy company like this, you cant get their attention unless theyre trying to collect $$$ from you.

Dr. Elaine Reale does not listen to you and is extremely arrogant, unwilling to explore possibilities outside her initial cursory diagnosis. She gave me a shot that she promised would help for 12 hours. I waited in the room for 20 minutes to be sure that I did not have an allergic reaction to the medicine, and then a nurse came back in. I told the nurse that unfortunately, the shot had absolutely no impact on the pain -- none whatsoever. Since she promised that it would make me feel better for 12 hours (let alone 20 minutes), I asked if I could ask Dr. Reale about why the medicine was not working. The nurse went to go speak with Dr. Reale in the hall, and I could overhear them through the thin walls. Dr. Reale said that there was nothing else she could do for me and that I would just have to go to the emergency room. She then said in a very condescending tone, "I already explained this to her." I was livid -- she NEVER explained that the medicine may not work, and she was completely unwilling to even address my question in person!! I cannot believe that she honestly thinks she is that amazing of a doctor that she would never make the wrong diagnosis. I mean, come on --- can you not at least deign to speak to your PAYING patient in person?! What a waste of money, and I cannot believe how unprofessionally she behaved. I guess she really does think shes better than all us lowly patients.

I have a primary care doctor, but it was after hours so the on-call doctor told me to go to Righttime. Unfortunately, I had to wait 6 hours for the next appointment, but once I got there and filled out the paper work, I only had to wait a few minutes. The physicians assistants were pleasant, and the doctor was too. Dr. Weber answered all my questions but didnt lay a hand on me, or look inside me. He just ordered tests and looked at the vital signs the assistants took. The test came back positive for strep throat, but I didnt have any of the symptoms, and he didnt even look inside my mouth to check. He just wrote a prescription. I had a terrible cough, but he never listened to my breathing or checked my lungs. He never even used a stethescope, or checked under my jaw to feel my lymph nodes. They have good equipment, (they hooked me up to a nebulizer) and an on-site test lab, that got the results back within 30 minutes. Try to find a different doctor and demand they give you a hands-on examination. Thats what youre paying for, and thats what they were trained to do! Tests are no substitute for a good physicians skills with their eyes, ears and hands! There are other urgent care clinics in the vicinity: Minute Clinic, MedOne Urgent Care, and Fast Track Urgent Care. Check reviews on those.

Called here because i had an ingrown toenail and wanted to know if they could perform the procedure before wasting my time and coming in. I was assured the procedure could be done over the phone. I came in and waited 2 hours to see a physician. Keep in mind there was one other patient before me. When the physician arrived and i told her what i needed done she said, oh "your right its an ingrown toenail" and then proceeded to tell me that she would refer me to a specialist. (Aka not deal with it but charge me). I was furious because I specifically asked before hand if it could be done. So they lied to me and wasted half my day, but to make up for it said i wouldnt be charged for the visit. Confirmed this with physician, receptionist, and manager. One month later I get a bill for the visit. When I call in they say they cant put me through to the specific location. And that it would have to be put in as a formal request. After the request i was supposed to be contacted within 72 hrs. Its now been over 2 weeks. I was so frusted that I came in and talked to Timothy Lee the manager i spoke to on that day. He claimed to not remember clearly and that he couldnt do anything. That i had to continue to wait. We requested his managers number and left without any answers once again.

My experience at this place was terrible. I told the front desk my problem and they told me they could treat it. Then they demanded hundreds of dollars before even being seen. When the doctor came in, she said I could not be treated. I said Id like my money back for their lies and she just smiled at me and said "Well, sorry, theres nothing I can do." Then she came in 2 minutes later and said there is something they can do. They did a treatment which cost me another $100 and it didnt even solve the problem. I then asked why I have to pay for a treatment that did nothing as they were wrong about it working. They just gave me the same smile with that "too bad" look. One other time I came here with pneumonia and they told me they cannot treat me and sent me to the emergency room refusing to treat me. I then find out from my PCP that all I needed was some antibiotics. This place has incompetent people and service. I would avoid going here. They get away with it because this is the only place like this in the area. My experience here was terrible and I do not recommend this place.

Why is this place called Urgent Care when they only have 1 doctor on staff? The front desk staff was unprofessional, always laughing and joking around. The worst part is I actually had an appoitment for 6:15pm. I didnt see the doctor until 8:00pm. When she finally came in the room she spent 5 minutes talking to me then prescribed some antibiotics. I got an insect bite on my neck which led to swelling and alot of pain. Started the antibiotics and 4 days later the swelling hasnt gone down and Im still in pain.........what a waste of money. Just go to a hospital emergency room. You may pay a little more, but they will do everything they need to do to help you. The doctor didnt even do a blood test to see if it was something poisionous or more importantly, the extent of the infection. Cellulitis is what she diagnosed. Im worried the antibiotic she prescribed is not strong enough and this poision/infection is spreading, and the bacteria or whatever could become anitbiotic resistant. I now have to go to the emergency room.
