Was recommended to go to this doctor by mother in law (all her grand children were cared by this office) Going in i was very concerned to find out if my hospital records were sent over (couldnt find a heartbeat) First impression was terrible the office staff were SUPER rude and VERY unprofessional!! Receptionist at the front desk literally walked away from me while I was asking her a question and answered a phone. REGARDLESS WHERE YOU WORK YOU NEVER WALK AWAY FROM A CUSTOMER!? The first doctor I saw was super caring and made me feel very comfortable to take on my pregnancy he was a male doctor unsure of his name, the second time I went in an "Advanced nurse practionor" was my doctor and she was super unprofessional asked me if I even "wanted" my baby treated me with complete disrespect after i told her it wasnt planned, made my entire visit awkward and full of tension, the only reason I would recommend this place is the caring male doctor, besides them the staff was terrible and GHETTO. Should probably hire a whole new office staff!

The care I received while I was pregnant with my son was decent. The wait times are really long. My most recent problem was that I showed up for appointment and them stating I need a referral. I showed them my coverage summary and I called my insurance while there and confirmed I didnt need a referral. They even called my insurance and provider which both stated I DIDNT need a referral. They still insisted I needed a referral, and that I would need to reschedule. They stated that they were afraid they wouldnt get paid without one, even though multiple sources told them otherwise. Obviously they need a new billing coordinator, if you arent getting paid its probably an operator(whoever does billing) error. It also wasnt my first time having problems with their billing, when I went for prenatal care there were multiple errors. Dont waste your time at this office!

I dont even want to give this practice one star.. Dr Hanubel is amazing, absolutely loved him. Cant say the same for the rest of the office. If you make an appointment, expect to wait they never get you in on time. Every time I talked to the staff they were rude and were too busy talking about their weekend plans to worry about anything else. I recently encountered an issue with collections over a bill they said occurred a year ago. Mind you I was never once called or billed (collections verified they had the correct number and address), the last time I talked with this office was last year when I was told I was actually being credited 17$ for being overcharged. If it wasnt for Dr Hanubel being so awesome and highly recommended, I never would have went here.

After reading horrific reviews online for doctors that deliver at Munroe in Ocala, I decided it would be better to choose a doctor in Leesburg, and chose the Advanced OB group. For the majority of my appointments, I have seen Dr. Carrington. She seems to genuinely listen to your concerns and takes the time to explain things. I have never felt rushed or felt like a "chart". I have met with the other doctors as well, and have been very pleased. I am very comfortable with having this group deliver my baby. The office staff has always been pleasant as well.

Dr Hannibal is great if you can wait hours to see him, and are ok with the staff never getting back to you saying they are going to do something then never following through or returning your call. And whoever is in charge of their answering service is probably the most rude ghetto unprofessional person Ive ever spoken to in my life. Didnt even let me finish my question before she cut me off telling me they are closed.

I had an appointment today at 3:20. Signed in at exactly 3:20. It is 4:32 as I write this and I am STILL in the waiting room. 4-5 people have come in since then and have all been seen before me. I have never waited at any kind of doctors office this long and this is my 4th pregnancy. They close at 5 and I am still waiting to be seen; RIDICULOUS.

Long waits every appointment Ive had, got an infection after my c section had to wait 4 days to get an appointment, Dr was supposed to call in antibiotic and didnt, and then when I tried calling the answering service four times I still never received a call back from the on call Dr.

Dr hanabual delivered my first child, now I am going back for my second, I Dont trust any other obgyn, & I love this place everyone is so sweet to me, & always respectful! My opion is if you have a bad experience here your attitude probably needs adjusting, they are very nice!❤

I loved Advanced OB/GYN from the front staff to the clinical staff to the doctors! I would rather drive over an hour to them than see an OB doctor in my county. After 11 years I am back to have baby no. 2 with this group! Theyre a 10 in my book!!!

Shawn is one of the nicest, caring dedicated person in the medical field I have come across. She talks to you genuinely and making you feel like a person, not just one more patient to have to see. The wait is a bit long but totally worth it.

The doctors are great however the wait is too long. I waited the whole visit for 3 hours. I waited for ultrasound for about 45 minutes. Then I waited for the doctor in the room for about an hour.
