Witnessed one of the women working there be completely rude and insulting to an Asian couple who had a situation where they were sent by a hospital to them to receive blood work. She berraded them and ranted on and on about how that was the hospitals job and not hers and that they didnt do something right now she has to deal with it. This couple was so patient and was just trying their best to understand what was going on and handle their situation. She was just being a complete jerk. But a white man comes in and she turned into a completely different person. Hispanic woman comes in and shes a jerk to her. Glad we can expect quality customer service from these woman towards the good white people of Olney. Get new staff who dont suck up to white men and berrade minorities.

I have visited this location twice and was struck by the lack of warmth of the staff. All were conversant with each other but very mechanical with me. They gave orders and moved through their tasks with little enthusiasm. I was pleasantly surprised that the blood draw was done very efficiently and painlessly. I wonder how the multi-tasking of the staff affects their attitude toward the public. They are opening the facility, receiving people, recording visits, drawing blood, labeling and processing samples and handling volumes of paperwork. If a receptionist only were assigned, it might change the atmosphere to be more positive.

My mother and I came here to get blood drawn for blood work. Im in my 20s and have had blood drawn before multiple times and donated before with no problems. Both the ladies, the one that had me and the one that had my mom, were rushing it. They stabbed me really quick, and she was pulling on the needle during the whole draw so that you could see my skin was lifting up. Very careless and not sincere at all. Both of our arms were red and purple for a few days after. Thats what I get for going to get blood drawn in Olney lol

Horrible customer service I called to ask some questions and the lady I spoke to was so rude, I think she said her name was Carmen not sure. But she seemed very bothered and in a hurry to hang up. Her tone of voice was very rude. At no point was I rude to her for her to give me such a bad attitude. Maybe she shouldnt be answering the phone if she cant do a simple task as in answering the phone politely to speak to clients. I will never go to this place or recommend it if thats how they treat people.

Worse experience, first time there to have a test being done. The woman that took my specimen was rude and impatient. Banging on the door as if i contaminated the specimen. Lesson learn and ill never recommend this place for anyone.

Its by far one of the worst quest I had ever been too , the lady who took my urine test is moody and has a very bad attitude , she seems like she hates her job *cough cough* lady with the blonde dreads

They are very ignorant here. They dont answer the phones and the lady with a short cut is rude and so is her friend with blonde hair.
