You come in, nobodys waiting.. a woman sitting behind the desk, not even a hello from any of the staff. Ok, still waiting, all these people here and no one acknowledgeshould you. We will never come back to here. You need to retrain your employees. .

Best to have an appointment, anyway, easy to make an appointment thru their website. I was taken in 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment and was out of there right away. The phlebotomist are quite good, very professional.
