NO STARS. Initially, the office area is nice and relaxed. For a new patient, as my friend was, the standard paperwork to fill out was required. So far so good. We were the first patient in the office. The Psychiatrist was late. 15 mins. Ok Ill give him that. However, there was no courtesy extended as to at least say, "I apologize but the doctor is running late" from the office staff. Very unprofessional. When we were finally called in for the appointment the so-called session was terrible. Mind you this visit with this doctor was not more than 10 minutes. There was no real discussion, no understanding towards a person that needs and asking for help. All that was said that, "I cant help you, Im not a therapist and I dont have an hour to talk to you." Totally insensitive and upsetting towards a someone that needs help and asking for it. He didnt even address my friend by her name when he had the initial paperwork in front of him. The advertising on their website is misleading in my opinion. There was no evaluation, no tests, not even a discussion. A very cold demeanor. I would suggest going to another health care provider thats professional and understanding thats affiliated with a major Hospital.

Dr. Manny took my son off his medication cold turkey! My son went through sever withdraw! I also caught Dr. Manny in multiple lies! I have never experienced a more horrific experience and I am personally in the health care profession and can pick up on his misinformation pretty quickly and my concern is that those who are not in the field will not pick up on his mistreatment. Also his staff is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Instead of calling you and escorting you to the room, they call you from their seated positions while playing on their phones! I highly recommend parents do NOT use this practice!

this is the most unprofessional and uncaring practice I have ever encountered. All they seem to care about is writing scripts, explains why the practice has its own pharmacy. follow up evaluations are not done, blood pressures isnt taken, assessment of meds subscribed are not followed up to see if they working or not, bill insurance co for 1 hour and spends only 15 minutes, doctor is late, office has a very dreary atmosphere, very cold not warming. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. The good practices have waiting lists...hint, hint....

Worst Interpersonal Skills by the office manager I have ever encountered. Instead of even attempting to understand an issue which was near insignificant this person barged into the middle of a session with my Daughter and aggressively confronted me in front of both my Daughter and 3 year old Son. Also disappointing was Dr Murrys abstinence from intervening on what was the most unprofessional experience with any kind of provider in my lifetime of dealing with 3 kids 2 of whom are adults. Find a better place to go.

Im shocked reading these reviews. Everyone in the office has always helped me and has been very kind to me, Especially the Office Manager. I have had my daughter in therapy for 8 years and nobody had been able to get her the proper medication. Since seeing Dr. Manny there is light at the end of the tunnel. My daughter went from 5-6 meltdowns a week to 1-2 a month. From 2-3 hours to 30-40 minutes. He knows what hes talking about. I highly recommend him and his practice. I have been going for a year in August.

Terrible Office staff. I was charged for an appointment i NEVER made and they refused to waive the fee. They said this was because it was over a holiday weekend. Any other Doctors office would call BEFORE knowing full well it was a holiday and establishments were closed/people were away. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. The Dr.s are fine, the front staff is NOT. My mother is a physician and never in a million years would this happen in her office -or any of her colleagues.

Dr. Manny discriminates, fired me because I was pregnant not even a month after giving me a raise, wanted me to be the house keeper there while I was pregnant and demoted me to minimum wage, he is very munipulative & gets caught in many lies, puts employee in positions they should not be in as well! Treated me horrible because I missed ONE day after being in the hospital!

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Manny to anyone child , aldult , or otherwise the office manager is very uneducated about her job the rest of the office people dont know what they are doing , they need to be investigated befi re someone ends up in the hospital from their neglect , if youre looking for a good doctor its definitely not here !!

I havent had any major problems here. The office does seem to overbook and Ive had to wait 45 mins before. I almost always have to wait past my scheduled appt more than I think I should. However, the office staff has always been nice and accommodating for me. Dr. Manny has also always taken the time to speak with me. Ive never felt rushed.

The staff are unprofessional and nasty. The waiting area has broke down dirty seats and the place stinks. Ive never heard of a file being closed after 3 months of not seeing the doctor and I many of them. Lastly, they over book and make you wait for extended periods of time to only have a quick visit with the doctor.
